prank caller or something
the recorded call said to access this website: yourbestyearever.net
This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They also fail to provide a phone number and physical address when asked, yet further violating the TCPA. Their recording guarantees the victim that by just listening to their additional recorded message the victim will be guaranteed a 5-figure income every 10-14 days starting just 14 days after listening to the recording without having to sell anything. This is clearly some form of pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
Received a call on my cellphone.
No message was left.
I don't answer calls unless I recognize the number. I did not answer, they did not leave a message. That automatically tells me it's a bogus call.
Received a call from someone named Jim. States that I had a balance owed on an account from 10 years ago and I had a civil suit filed against me for attempting to defraud. Did not want to provide any documentation. I know I never did business with this credit card company because I have never had a credit card.
Repeated call, open line but will not speak. If I adk if they want to listen to tv or have never been taught phone manners they hang up.
The original call from this number was Rick Sanchez of Kaufman & Associates. Someone named Jenny Quinn said they could only accept payments with a debit or credit card. Refused to send anything via mail or email. Then someone named Karen left a message saying if I did not respond by the end of the day I would be served papers at an address I no longer live at.
She said my employers would be notified too. Scam?
Caller state he was soliciting funds for some state troopers organization. I told him I was on the Do Not Call list. He told me that the list did not apply to this nonprofit organization. He offered to give me the website or phone number that would explain why his call didn't apply to the do not call list
Calls almost daily we have caller ID so we don't answer
Repeated calls daily.
These people call each and every night between 7pm and 9pm. They do not leave a message. I now have them blocked so they can't get through.. but they keep calling anyway!!!
They have an Indian accent. When I said I am on the do not call list. They began to argue with me and say why do I use my phone if I am on the do not call list. I finally hung up. They called back using a private number. Same person and again harassed me.
just got a text message saying that my contact backup service I signed up for will no longer be available after March 2017
The Guy calls and says he is calling from a recorded line for Kingwood Hospital. He ask me if my name is ...... I say yes. He then ask me to give him my date of birth and social security number. He says he has to verify it's really me.
I tell him if he is really calling from the Hospital he should already have all of the information .
I tell him this is a really strange phone call.
He says well if you are refusing to give me your date of birth and social I won't be able to verify its you and I'll have to hang up.
I said sounds great I will call the hospital . He hangs up on me.
Just another scammer 😡 And I don't owe any medical debts.
Received calls from the above number at 9:24am, 10:03 am, 10:31am, 10:52am, 11:26am, 1:54pm, 2:12pm, 2:40pm, 3:10pm, 3:32pm, 3:59pm on 1/19/17. On the 2:12pm I answered and said "Stop calling me, I am going to report you to the police." Sounded like an Asian female reponded "NO WAY" in a yelling voice. I responded back, "Yes, way" and hung up. She has called back 4 more times, and I did not answer.
HOW CAN THIS BE STOPPED? I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN WITH LUNG CANCER AND DO NOT NEED THIS STRESS.
the posts on the internet are that the national do not call is a national do nothing list
Nobody on the line
How do stop them from calling all the time???
keeps hanging up, after I tell them not to all my number anymore
Called me knowing my name, as they all seem to know, but said was from a energy service. When I asked for information they only repeated themselves and said little to nothing. It seemed they were pulling my leg than being real energy service representatives.
Said he had a warrant and said the same as others have said. I called him back and said he was a fraud. He hung up. Then he called me back on another number 866-439- 5903 and called me names and hung up.
received 5 calls on my cell phone. when i tried to call it back, the automated message says "you have reached a number that is no longer in service...."
a $700+ charge was put on one of my credit cards for hotel/lodging, which I didn't make; this phone number was listed.
Continued calls on a "Do Not Call" number. No messages.
Returning my call about a back brace, never called you dorks!
Calls at least 3 times daily about a time share. Unable to call back and message automated. Location of number in Oregon. Can't get the calls to stop!!!
Craigs list scammer.
This caller did not leave a message, and I usually don't answer calls if I don't know the number. I then check online to see if the number is listed as spam, and, if so, I block it. I blocked this one.
I received several calls over the past couple of weeks asking me to purchase a warranty. I drive a 2005 vehicle and they tried pressuring me even though they said they only warranty 2009 and newer. I asked them to stop calling. Fast forward to a few minutes ago and I received a recorded message "urging" me to call them back because I have received my final "warning" regarding my warranty. Hopefully this "final warning" means they will finally leave me alone.
Pain in the a*s, calling my cell phone.
Said he was from publishers clearing house. Said I won 3.1 million $. And a 2017 pearl white BMW. I didn't wait around to find out how he would scam me
I received 3 separate calls to my cell phone from this number. Twice a man and the third time a women(all heavy Indian accent) saying that my name and number was selected to receive free federal grant money. I told them that the federal government would not call to advise anyone they had received free money. Now blocking the number!
Got a text to download but my service does not accept downloads. Got a text saying Error..invalid number.
the phone rings everyday from this number but only rings a few times and then hangs up
They just did the same thing to me, asked for me by name, then hung up when I corrected my name back to them.
I'm just about to call and get my $9,200 from a government grant!!!
Call on my landline all hours of the day, starting in the early am, awakening me. They ask for a person who hasn't lived here for more than 20 years, claiming to be VERIZON, trying to get payment for this person's account. I talked to this person they claim owes them money (to have him contact them so they will quit harassing me) and he says he has never ever had a VERIZON account! I have repeatedly told them he doesn't live here and to quit calling me, but they won't leave me alone! They just keep calling! I am on the do not call list, but that doesn't seem to matter. I'm fed up!
Called again today not speaking, just silence, then this buzz like sound & caller hung up.
Now I don't know if this is possible, but my caller ID showed time as 7:47 PM when the caller called. That's not the correct time, that time is later in the day that it really is. I checked my phone & it tells me the correct time when I play it back. Seems like caller is altering the real time they called as well too. & since I found out it's a personal residence, I know it's a scam because why would an elec. company makes calls from a personal residence & alter the time they really called.
Claimed to be a dell Technician, but I explained I didn't have a Dell, they just hung up!
the phone and no one is there.
Keep bothering us every day.
the person told me iI have problem with my phone i will have my partner call you
Wants a "good" lawyer, pretends to be a potential client, then find out its to buy into a referral service
Do NOT speak with these people. They leave a poorly worded recorded voicemail saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. Then when you speak they ask you to verify a lot of information, then said how your taxes (2010-15) did not add up, that I owed 5K and they have sent 2 notifications and this is the final. They said they are calling from the office in Washington DC although the caller id says new york.
Call several times a day, no message, and when answered they are not their.
Stop Calling Now, REPORTED
keeps calling - blocking
Some Thing about adver. on google

I dont think google will call me
Called telling me that I had been chosen by the U.S. government for a $7000 grant, no obligation, because of my good credit record and not having any bankruptcies in the last six months. I've received this call several times and hung up, today I kept her on the line a little longer to see where the call would go but terminated the call when she started fishing for personal information.
Heavy Asian accent scammers
I received two calls in 15 min time. I called back when I saw there was two calls. Jason answered the phone asking how to direct my call. I said I was returning a call that I had missed. He said I was called regarding Medicare and did I have Medicare? Yes only part a I thought. He said is the card red-white and blue? I said no. He said he was sorry they had bothered me, they actually call to match us to services I may qualify for. He said he would remove me from the call list. And said to please have a good day. -- That is how a tele call should go.
They claimed to be working with the Affordable Health Care act and I thought I was being enrolled for a company called AM Health. They took my address, my social security number, and my address. They claimed to be emailing me my insurance verification # and my package from the insurance company...after I didn't get an email I was skeptical and I called the affordable care act insurers directly, and to no avail I wasn't even in their system...my identity was given under false pretense.
