These people keep calling. Either they hang up when I answer or they try to tell me they are from Microsoft. Today they called 5 times back to back. After swearing at them, being rude etc...they kept calling back. Final call I gave them a Jamie Lee Curtis scream from Halloween and hung up. They have not called back. I hope he's deaf in one ear.

This t**d has called my house over and over and over for me....always getting my spouse but not talking with her on why. Today he got me. He proceeds with the whole "your computer is doing this, I need to sit you down and walk you thru on how to do this.....blah blah blah..." I could hear others talking in the background, sounded like Arabic. Being skeptical, i told them i wasn't near a computer and could he just email me the info....he says "no we can't do that"....I ask where he's calling from, he says from Las Vegas Nevada although the 985 area code on my caller i.d. says it's from Louisiana. Finally he said he'd call back next week. I think I'm going to ask him if I can f**k his sister, and pimp his mom out, while disguising him as an American soldier and sending him back to Afghanistan so his towel headed butt buddies can fire their RPG's at him while our real hereos, the U.S. Military can ambush their sorry asses for yet another victory. God Bless America

Caller name: NAME NOT FOUND and UNAVAILABLE

Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster

You always here about all the internet & telephone scams. You think to yourself, "I'd never fall for that", well don't be so sure. One day I answered the phone & a male with a thick accent tells me he's calling me from "windows" (1st) about the trouble I've been having with my computer. (2nd) he says didn't you send in a report to windows? OK, I was already suspicious, however, for most of the last year I had been having problems. The worst being from about June - Sept. Yes, I did send in error reports, but, I'm wondering how does he know this? I'd better ask more questions before giving any info. Before I can ask, He then says, " You have been having trouble with your computer running slow (who doesn't think that at times) We have found that someone is trying to access your computer. Do you know SOME NAME from S. Africa?" I said NO & he asked if I have been downloading from the internet. I said yes, today I downloaded Microsoft Office 2013 & it's legal. He chuckled. I really went on alert & said I wanted my son to hear this, just a minute. But he just kept talking. I stomped on the floor 3 times & unbeknownst to the guy, My son picked up the extensionj upstairs. The guy keeps talking, telling me he can tell me SOME NUMBERS from my computer, just get on your keyboard & I'll tell you what to do". Don't worry I didn't. Dustin loudly says, "Mom, hang up. It's a scam" The guy syas "no, I'm from windows", I asked him to tell me my name & number. He said "1st initial & last name" & my phone number. My son says, "MOM!! HANG UP!" I said, "My son is "1st initial & last name", too. I have to do what he says. I'm hanging up." So we did & figured that was that. About an hour later he called again. This time I looked at the caller ID it said: NAME NOT FOUND 1-000-000-0000, so I knew it was him again. I answered the phone in a deep harsh voice & said, "This phone is being monitored & this call is being traced" they hung up & didn't call back. However, they still call about once a week & the 1-000-000-0000 number shows up. I mentioned this when I sent out our club newsletter & at the next meeting several people came up to me & thanked me for writing about it as it happened to them, too. JUST BEWARE!!!

Called and said that for the past few weeks my computer had been generating reports on Microsoft management page, and mentioned that my computer would lose functionality. I asked them if they're a legit person, why was the phone number showing as unavailable, and that since my phone # is unlisted, how did they even get it to begin with, they hung up on me.

This group has called me numerous times. I repeatedly tell them to stop calling. I spoke to a person who identified himself as a 'Supervisor'. This person was aggressively rude. I have been rude and vulgar in return and they do not stop calling. I am on the no call list. The local police say they can't do anything. What does it take to stop these parasites from harassing people?

We have had the same problem as others complaining here. I didn't call the number myself, fearful that it may lead to new calls to my phone. But this phone number may be incorrect, as one person noted. It's simple to "spoof" with a fake caller ID http://www.spoofcard.com/?gclid=COqKtsm_p70CFaLm7AodU1cAyg

A man called with a very heavy Indian accent. he said he was the Tech Help and my computer was generating hazardous reports. When I told him we didnt have a computer, he inquired further. I told him my daughter had a school issued one and that was it. He rattled off my address and asked if it was right. I didnt give him any info. When I asked again who he was and who he was affliated with, he just said he is the TechHelp guy. Said that he would call back later.
MY sixth sense says...DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO AND HANG UP...

A gentleman told me that my computer was doing something on the internet. He tried to get me to do something at my computer and I told him I wasn't going to listen to someone who called me out of nowhere. He kept referring to "your computer." I said, "how do you know about my computer?" He said, because I was running Windows. I said "So what. So are millions of other people." When I said "I don't think you are legitimate," he hung up.

The idiot on the other end of the phone didn't get real far with me because I went all silly on him with a thick English accent. He eventually told me to let my wife know that her boyfriend called. I thought that was funny. However, this group of scammers called me on another phone line a few weeks ago and didn't get far with that one either. Please do something to block this number and get these parasites off our phone lines.

Call from 985-564-0064 "Name Unavailable" at 4:29 p.m. Heavy accent (Indian?), hard to understand. Calling from "Tech-line" about problems with my computer. I think he said he has my IP address. I think he also had our screen names or email addresses. Said I have a Microsoft computer. Told him I didn't. Told him I didn't believe him and thought it is a scam. Asked him for a phone number to call him back and he hung up. These people should be in jail or heavily fined, or both.

Some woman with a heavy Indian accent tried to get the words out that there was a problem with my computer. I kept repeating it was her computer that had the problem. I must have said " your computer" twelve times before she cursed me and hung up. She may have a bad accent and little command of the English language but she knows a few nasty expressions. Anybody want her to help you with your computer? Not me buddy.

Received a call from person with heavy accent (sounded Indian). He tried to tell me that my computer was having issues. I played along a little and then started making some inappropriate remarks to him. I then told him that I knew this was a scam since we received this same call when I was at work, on a phone that is only on a BUS....I said I knew he was a scammer and I hung up on him.

Indian accented woman wanted to discuss my computer. I haven't bought one in 5 years. She didn't answer my questions just wanted information from me.
Sounded like a scam. The nerve of these people as they called back 24 hours later. What can I do about this? To whom can I report this?

Like others here have testified, the caller spoke in a heavy Indian accent. When I told him I was not interested I hung up. He called back immediately asking why I hung up. I told him I was going to report this call, and he immediately slipped into an American accent and called me a "f*****g b***h" and a "f*****g a*****e." I have never been spoken to like this by a telemarketer! I doubt anything will ever be done, but "Gary" needs to go down!
