I received a call from this number as well stating they were from Microsoft Technical Support and they were receiving error reports from my computer. They then attempted to have me try to run some program from my Run menu. I'm in IT Support and I wasn't about to have some random person tell to run a weird program on my PC. I appreciate this thread being here, and I'm glad I'm not the only one who has received a call from this number.

Last listened to their BS some time ago then downloaded Call Blocker App for my phone. Registered their number on the Blacklist. They have called over 20 times within the last few months - each time going to the call blocker which registers the call / date and time. Have filed a complaint with the FCC - let's see if this worthless Government organization does anything. It amazes me how many calls get to me even though I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST. Telemarketers are not daunted by this "list" at all.

This "guy" has been calling me for the last ten years. All he needs is one person in 100 to buy his "product" to justify his relentless calling to the next person. The number is not real. If I do not recognize the number, the phone does not get answered. How I would love to get my hands around his throat!!

Called me to tell me my Windows computer had a virus on it and was calling customers and helping them fix it. Stated he was from Microsoft and had heavy Indian accent. Funny thing is I don't have a windows computer. I tend to toy with them and ask for them to take me off the list; but they don't.

Caller name: Idiot!

Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster

I never answer calls unless I know who they're from so I didn't answer this idiot's call. If a voicemail isn't left then I'll research the # before I attempt to call it back and that's how I landed here. Even though I'm registered on the Do Not Call list AND I have a call blocker app on my phone this obvious scammer (after reading everyone else's complaints above) still managed to get through and call my phone. After reading all of the complaints above I think the next time he calls I'll answer and let him know just what a piece of s**t scum bag I think he is!!! His daddy should've done us all a favor years ago and got up off his mama, leaned over and shot his dumbass out of the window instead!!!!

Caller name: Echo Tech Support / Windows Tech Support

Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster

Just received a call from 972-728-0074 (who HAS called me before as US Pharmacy) and is now calling me as "Windows Technical Support". I asked him for his company name, he repeated that, and then when I told him Windows was not a company, he told me the name was Echo Tech Support and they were a division of windows. Which I pointed out was still not a company, and they were not affiliated with Microsoft. His story was that my computer had sent a message to them that it had downloaded some virus file (if anyone out there is reading this and is not in the know - your computer would NOT do any such thing. The only time it would send a file is if it's communicating with your antivirus settings, or if you've already got a trojan that is sending out packets... a healthy computer doesn't send information to anyone regarding anything without the user asking it to - not including communication between software you've installed and it's manufacturer). So I called him on his c**p, he mysteriously did not hang up on me which is what normally happens. I advised him that I was registered on the Do Not Call list, that his company had called me previously as US pharmacy, that his company was committing fraud based on soliciting business under the pretense in which they were, and to take me off of their call list. He told me he'd take care of it (which is unlikely). I'm going to start answering each time they call so that the call is documented on my cell phone records, and I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC... maybe if they get fined they'll go away? or likely relocate to a new phone number with a new line of c**p

This number called me and said it was my neighbor, Patrick. I said I don't know any neighbors by that name and he told me he saw me and I looked really pretty and to come outside that's he's in the front and would like to meet me. Very creepy. He wouldn't tell me what house number he lives at. I got really scared considering I was home alone. Pretty sure it was a telemarketer. It is not an area code from our town or anywhere close
