Similar to above statement. The company has called me at least 70 times over the last few years. They begin the call asking if you want to lower the interest rate on your credit card. Now every time they call, I tell them that I have requested to have my name removed from their list. They usually hang up, but usually, they resort to foul language and then hang up. Today, the woman who spoke to me, called me some foul names and threatened that they would start calling me 20 times a day and also put a charge of $1000 on my credit card. I would like to see this company put out of business. If there is not a law in place about them using very foul language, then there certainly ought to be one. I hope you can track them down just with the phone #.

Today I received a call from a company who has called me at least 20 times over the last few years. They begin the call asking if you want to lower the interest rate on your credit card. When you agree to talk to an agent, they try to sell you a deal that lets you buy gas and vacations, etc., at a reduced rate. The first time they called I fell for the scam, but my credit card company was wise to them, and refused the charge. Now every time they call, I tell them that I have requested to have my name removed from their list. They usually hang up, but occassionally, they resort to foul language and then hang up. Today, the woman who spoke to me, called me some foul names and threatened that they would start calling me 20 times a day and also put a charge of $1000 on my credit card. I would like to see this company put out of business. If there is not a law in place about them using very foul language, then there certainly ought to be one.
