I am sick and tired of getting these calls, I have asked not to be called again and they keep on calling my cell phone during working hours. All I hears is an automated voice offering health care and eventually I get transferred to an office called "Florida Health Solutions" located in 7350 NW 7 ST. Miami.
This is extremely annoying !!!
Caller name: I don't know
They left no message. The call at the worst possible time. You call back and it is automated. I bet they are somekind of n***s imagining themselves heroes because they are fools. Shame on them. I do not want to be harassed by idiots who abuse thier power.
I continue to receive calls from this number, 954-639-4558 all hours of the day and night. Last night I received a call at 9:15 pm which I believe violates the following law/act:
Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, telemarketing firms were restricted to making sales calls only during the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the called time zone. While this regulation is widely observed (many telemarketing agencies begin calling only after 9 a.m. as a courtesy to their clients), the law does allow some exceptions. A customer who expressly asks to be contacted at a specific time, for example, may be called outside the legal window.
They don't even leave a message as when you call back it you have to go through a directory to get to the person calling BUT WHO COULD THAT BE AS YOU DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE SO----STOP CALLING ME!!
I do not answer numbers I do not recognize & have given my number out to only a few people & my number is not available online anywhere. I've received one call every day for the last three days. I only have a cell number due to federal assistance, thus, I have a limited number of minutes per month & do not appreciate some scam trying to waste my minutes. If it was a legitimate call, they would leave a voice mail, but no voice mail has been left after any of the calls. Secondly, if I'm not mistaken, it is Illegal to market on people's private cell phone numbers. They need to be stopped.
Unlike most of the posts on this page, I was contacted by this number through a nannying website, Nannyavailable.com.
For about two days, I was emailing and Instant messaging with the mother of a family from Asheville, NC, claiming to be "Loura McRae" (who is a real person in the area, just NOT the person I was communicating with). After sending back a caretaker questionnaire, a photo of myself and corresponding for days via email, I was "hired" by this family to start nannying when they returned from the UK this weekend. She claimed that her mother passed away in the UK, which is why she couldn't talk on the phone.
She claimed she wanted to pay me a weeks worth of work in advance, because her husband was going out of town and he didn't want her to have to deal with the bills. She asked to verify some basic information: telephone number, address, name. Then I received a call from 225 5555. "Loura" left me a voicemail, which I could barely understand. Weird accent. Definitely sent off a red flag.
Anyways did some searching...found the real Loura Mcrae- clearly not the woman in the picture they sent me. I reverse searched the image and sure enough it is some family in California from 5 years ago.
Luckily I caught on before this could go any further.
BEWARE: These scammers actually invest their time with you to earn your trust. Make sure you know who you are REALLY talking to.
Caller name: don't know it
Hi, I was just wondering... how do you know the call was about getting money for being in a car accident? Is it because you speak/understand Spanish and that's what the recording says?
