The woman sounded like a person but very hard to understand (seemed like a thick Middle Eastern accent). The FCC really needs to start finding and fining these frauds.

The callers insisted they were from United Healthcare. They said they were from the Philipines. I'm glad I googled this number because this isn't associated with United Healthcare.

Called my husbands phone saying she was calling for me from United Health Care. Knew the name of the company that my husband worked for. Said she was asking how I am doing since my surgery and wanted to offer a program only for me, not my husband. Knew the release date of my surgery, but nothing else, like the type of surgery. Called twice in one week. Called the number on the back of the insurance card, they have no notes on these phone calls, so it is not legitimate. It's a scam!

I've gotten many calls from a woman and most recently from a man named Tom Bess. He gave his return number as 866-534-7209, Ext 66093. However my caller ID listed his number as 952-367-8000. I didn't answer but did call the 866 number and received the same interrupted message as others have reported. I'm glad I checked reviews for the numbers before actually talking with someone at these numbers. My thought is this is probably a scam.

I CALLED THE NUMBER ON BACK OF MY CARD. THE NURSE TRACED THE NUMBER AND IS A REGISTERED UHC NUMBER. I TOLD HER I BLOCKED THE NUMBER AS IT SOUNDED LIKE A SPAN CALL TO ME. THE MAN ON THE PHONE HAD BROKEN ENGLISH. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HIM.

I had just talked to a representative for United Healthcare in the Phillipines. The minute I hung up I received a call back on 952-367-8000 when I answered they hung up but call registered in Minnesota. The call also pulled (2) phone numbers out of my phone one for Kroger and the other for The Home Depot.

I get more daily calls like this than I do legitimate ones. GRRRRR! Don't even have UHC for my health insurance! so they're stupid on top of trying to commit FRAUD! Didn't answer the call but looked up this number online and it's clearly listed everywhere as a high risk scam SPOOFING the CID OF this phone number. Hope there's a special place in h**l for the scum bag people like these.

Said they were United Health Care and needed to verify my identity before they could proceed. Would only say "this is regarding your health care." Obvious scam. Eff these people.

Got two calls, both left vm's first one on 12/4/2018 7:17PM EST second from 12/5/2018 7:57PM EST from 952-367-8000 and they knew my daughters full name and said they were with United Health Care and for me to call them back at 952-365-3334 or 866-365-3334 and both advised to go to extension 64251.
When I called the numbers back on 12/6/2018, the first number says its invalid and the 866 number goes through to an automated system, It says "Hello and thank you for calling-" then cuts off like its voice responsive and you said something, and asks you to repeat yourself or to enter your member number or extension. I went to a conference room at my work and called again, and it did the same thing, so there was no background noise for the recording to have picked up on. FRAUD.

Said they were a nurse case manager assigned to my case and asked for a lot of personal info. I hung up and called the number on the back of the card and they said they do have a department like that, but it closes at 5 and they called at 5:40pm. They also said that my plan does not offer this service. Seems like a phishing call if you ask me. When ever in question hang up and call the number on your card. Do NOT give personal info out.
