Caller name: Card Services a NON company that does not exist.
Card Services.. the scammers who you repeatedly tell to never call again and they continue to call you for YEARS... 2 to 5 times a week and always with different numbers, and different people.

We are wasting out time posting on this forum!!!!!!!! Nothing will happen just like listing your number on the Do-Not-Call list, N-O-T-H-I-N-G happens!!! Who knows what their real number is as they are usually calling from a fake (SPOOF) number.... I get calls all the time from new numbers as the old ones I block on my phone. Just hang up or when the want your credit card number tell then to hold on while you get it. My view...
Here is how they do it, how is this legal????
Caller name: unk
I found this number listed in my phone book. I can't delete it, erase it, or block it. I did overwrite the number with another number. Would really like to know just how the heck this number got on my phone. I would not have answered a call with this number. Perhaps my wife answered the call. She really rips me up for not answering the phone every time it rings.
They keep calling about once a week, sometimes twice a week. They will not leave a message. The DNC List is of no help with stopping these calls. From other sources the number belongs to a "credit card reducing" company. Otherwise known as a SPAM call.
Caller name: Palmetto Fl.
Keep a whistle handy and when they call, push the
number to talk with a rep. When they answer give them a
nice long tweet. I've found most don't have caller ID or
the time to bother calling you back. That's about the
most you can do to them. Their numbers are spoofed
Caller name: Don't care
I used to answer all calls. My wife helped me to understand how really dumb that is. Like don't open the door unless you KNOW it's NOT a potential home invader.
I used to get angry at these perpetual scam calls. Tell them something nasty, and you get starred as someone they should aggravate further. Now I feel really good about immediately hanging up on them and checking the number here. Are these morons worth getting in a dander about and shortening my life?
DNC is another well-intentioned (probably high cost) gov't program that accomplishes nothing. I've not seen anything at all that speaks well of their results.
DON'T answer the phone if you don't recognize the caller!
I have learned how to block calls on my cell phone and will be contacting my landline company to inquire if this can be done on my home phone. I, too, have reported them to DNC only to have them continue. It has been nice since blocking on my cell.
My number is on the national do not call list but I got a call from this number stating since I had paid my credit card on time they wanted to offer me a reduced rate. First off, I don't have credit cards and if I did I would not talk to anyone that called me about my cards. This appears to be someone trying to get information to steal your identity.
Caller name: Card Services
"Lower your credit card rate". Computer dialed. I hit them number indicated to speak with a "live professional" and stated I wanted my phone number removed from the computer - as always they just hang up. What good is DNC registration! I guess what is most annoying is I pay to have an unlisted and unregistered phone number. HELP!

It is that same old credit card interest lowering BS....I have repeatedly asked them or similar calls to "please take me off your calling list" and they immediately hang up. I have been blocking their numbers, but they just use another one....keep rolling their number over...I don't see that blocking helps at all. Perhaps we should just talk to them and waste their time for long periods before refusing their service...at least it ties them up for a while and they can't bother anyone else. There seems to be no way to stop them that I can see.
