This same computer generated call informing me that this was last chance to lower interest rates has been coming for the past year. The call represents itself as from my credit card co. Today 4/12/2012 I recieved 3 calls from this computer within an hour after I got thru and informed them that I was on the "Do not call" registry and would file a complaint.
Caller left message saying this was my last chance to lower my interest rates. Yeah!Wyh are we subjected to this harassment in the United States? It is just not right. I have turned off my ringer and will only answer the phone if I know who is calling or they leave a message. It is a sad state of affairs that I have had to come to this.
I received 6 calls between 8 am and 1:45 pm today with the same recorded message; something about this is my last chance...lower credit cards rates...etc. Being listed on the "Do Not Call" list doesn't help. Trying to politely ask them to take me off their list doesn't help; they hang up before I can finish the sentence. I am considering just letting the answer machine pick up all calls and demanding the caller identify him or herself before I respond. I would happily participate in a class action suit if I knew how to get a lawyer interested. Would anybody else like to join? If enough people are interested, I'll start a web site for people to work with a legal representative.
I keep recieving a call from this number trying to lower my Credit card interest rates, when I tell them I am on the do not call list they hand up. You cannot call them back because they are not available. This has been reported several times to the Att. Gen. and the FCC. this is a waste of time, they do nothing about it.
I believe we would be better off to abolish the FCC, I don't think the one running it is earning their pay.
4th time this month from same company but different phone number. With the 1st call - when I stated that I don't have any credit cards, they stated they would remove me. 2nd, 3rd and 4th time, I pressed 1 and when connected, they hang up. Very upsetting.
I have been at war with these people for the past year and a half. I no sooner get to stop calling on one phone number and they start up all over again with a different number, which is always from a different state than the number before it. When it started it was only once a month they would call. Now it is 3-5 calls in a single day.
They will not give you a valid call-back number, I finally weaseled a business address from them, supposedly here in Houston, but the area code that showed up on my phone was in Denver. and the address did not exist. When I ask for a faxed application, they dodge, hang up and bail. They want your information, but they will not give you anything to identify them. This spells one thing only

Either hang up and tolerate the hassle, or file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision and the FBI.
I received a call and pressed 1. When the representative asked if I pressed 1 to lower my credit card payment, I said no, I pressed one to have my number removed. She laughed and hung up. I am really sick of these calls. We are on the Do Not Call registry. I want this to stop.
This person called about "lowering my credit card interest" and they were not from my credit card company, nor did they identify who they were or what company they were calling from. When I requested that they take me off their calling list, they hung up. When I tried to call this number, there was a recording that the person I called was unavailable.
They call me every couple of weeks. This has been going on for months.
Hopefully some law firm reading all of these complaints will take on a class action law suit against this company
They call here all the time and we pay our card in full every month so don't need or want their services. On a do NOT call list which is a joke these days and the FCC won't follow through....have to find the FCC site and forward complaint lists as this for them to see.
Anything connected to the current federal system is in shambles so can't expect any more from them until they are all replaced in 2012!
