Have gotten 3 robo calls from this # claiming that my Icloud account has been breached and urging me to press a number on my phone to talk to someone about this. I believe this is a scam. Apple would not use this method to contact someone if there was an actual problem.

Didn't answer. Suspected fraud and Googled the number. There are numerous other reports on this number, which does appear to be a legitimate phone number for an Apple Store in Kansas. Why is this misrepresentation allowed to continue on a known problem ????

Originally robocall, pressed one and eventually got a person. British accent on recording, but "tech support" sounded like Mid-eastern. I played along and asked for his name and address. He said Justin in California at Apple, and that my I cloud account had been accessed overseas. Asking my name, where I am, etc. I said, well I don't believe anything you are saying, especially since I do not own any Apple products. You are a scammer. Of course he hung up on me then.
