A nice older lady sounded like a heavy smoker , her name is Karen Wells. Offered a health plan 80% -20% 25$ copay for 182.27/mo. 2500$ deductible. The insurance company name A.F.G. Major medical plan with P.P.O. meaning I can use any doctor. Comes with Aetna for vision and dental they pay 50%. Then a perscription plan with Liberty Rx. for 30$ a month. I was excited to find a plan that didn't cost an arm and a leg. So I gave her ss# address and bank account info. I agreed and she transfered me to a lady named Lauren. she explained that she is going to tape me agreeing to terms and conditions, indicate that info is correct and agree for the money to come out, and that it is automatic every month witch I don't like. I asked if we could do paper mail and pay by check and she said they don't do that. and was going to transfer me back to Karen so she can explain it to me. and so she did. After Karen explained it she transfered me back. I believe they were sitting next to each other. She also explained before taping started that i had to answer yes or no. and that every time didn't answer yes or no that she would have to start the tape all over again. so she said something bla bla bla do you agree to the terms and conditions I said no. Apparently you can not say no cause she stopped the tape and transfered me again and Karen explained again . then I was transfered again. Started all over, sick and tired of it I was agreeing to everything even when. I know really stupid. so the next day Karen called me in the morning and said the transaction did not go through ,, Thank God!! I started thinking scam.. so I called the bank and changed the card numbers.. And yes they call you over and over... when she called me about the card I was at work and told her I was at work and that i would call her later. She waited an hour or 2 and called me back 2 times in a row. so non stop calling and force full. yea i called my husband and he looked up better buisness beuro for sure they were on there:( Also yes I wish that there was a secure place to look for health insurance its rediculous to have that much stress. And 50 phone calls at work just for asking for a quote online.

In response to: Eddie

Every time I have answered the line is dropped.

I had informed the guy calling me for the 4th time that i had already found an insurance company so if you could please stop the phone calls, his response was "how was i supposed to know that moron?" in shock i laughed and asked "excuse me?" he went on to tell me that i was a f*****g moron and to go kill myself right before he hung up on me. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this company and will be taking legal actions.

My wife answered this number and talked to Karen Well who said she a representative of Unified Life Insurance, She talked for about half an hour and sold her on a policy. Since we were looking for cheaper insurance for her she thought it was a good deal. I told her I would check the company. When I did there were nothing but negative views and how the company was disreputable.
If the government is going to require everyone to have health insurance then they should make sure that only honest, reputable companies are selling the insurance. HANG UP! If this company calls you. They are only trying to steal your money!

Caller name: Chris Wood Ext.614

Was contacted from this number and individual claiming to be an authorized representative of Heritage Heath Group whilst I was researching health insurance for myself due to career change.
Gave pertinent info and a credit card number to "reserve" coverage that we agreed upon specific to my needs.
Have waited over 24 hours to receive email documents with detailed information regarding my specific coverage.
Is tis company and representative legit?
Beginning to think not.

Caller name: Chris Wood is the person that told me about the options.

The Lady I spoke to called from 1908-818-1464. Nov. 16th 2016 @ 11:20am. She asked me several questions and then put Chris Wood in touch. He gave me several options of Health care coverage and give me a choice of 424$ or 488$ with a large group plan with a association in Philadelphia. Would follow up with an email with the plan and his contact. Transfer me to another woman who "taped" me for confirmation for the plan. All sounded very real. She asked for a credit card, I give it to her. Also my SS number---bad move on my part. When I did not receive an email by the next day from Chris Wood, I called my credit card co and cancel my card. Notified my banking co of this scam and going to file a report also. I hope they get punished for this Scam taking advantage of people.

Let it go to voicemail. All I heard was trap music and a discussion about $18, and in another I heard the name Michael being whispered, and in the last one a girl just blabbing on with music in the background. iIts annoying. I don't even answer, and won't answer, even after the 15+ calls I've received in the last 24 hours. And if they're gonna leave messages at least leave the reason for the call, any callback number, and information on what company you are from.

They have called me 10 times claiming to sale health insurance to my brother. My brother passed in 2013. I've had to men swear at me, and several hang ups. I want this to stop. It's a painful reminder and it's harassment.

They called me yesterday, 1/14/16, & I sent it to voice mail because I was busy & I guess the caller didn't know & cussed & said some personal stuff on my voicemail, that I've saved. I called them back & asked to speak to a supervisor & they hung up on me. I've called 6 times & each time I've never gotten an apology & I've been hung up on. If this is the way they do business then I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Right now I'm trying to find corporate so I can file complaint.

This is SCAM. DO NOT buy insurance or any types of service from them. I was shopping for an insurance online and I left my phone number to one website so agent can call me, this Guy (John) called me and it sounded very professional, gave me very cheap rate for the health insurance. I couldn't resist that deal so I signed up and paid for one month premium $127 and signing fees $99. They did phone screening and all the health questionnaire. Everything sounded so legit but then he He told me you will receive an email shortly and will get all the paper work within 4 days. Today is 7th day but didn't even receive the single email thus I called him and he says you should receive an email within an hour its been few days since then but nothing so I called him again asking him to cancel this now He is not even answering and calling me back. THIS IS SCAM. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION'S.
