They were calling for my wife, and asked me to verify her information. Lets see, you call with no caller ID, you only give me your first name, you won't disclose the name of the company you're supposedly collecting a debt for, and you tell me a total amount due like I'll just open my wallet and start reading you my credit card number! Really!? I will pay the debt when someone can call me, and be as open with me as they're requesting that I be with them. If we owe it, I will pay it, but not under these shady circumstances.

Got a call saying that they were a debt collector. They left a phone # and a case #. They said I owed $$ from a hospital service for a date that was not a date I had a service. I said I would check with my insurance company. Turns out the insurance company had no claim filed for that date or for such a company.

Called them back to get more info & the person hung up on me.

I will report them to the Secretary of State's office for fraud.

You receive a recording asking if you are (name given) and if not you are to hang up. I have hung up at least a dozen times and they continue to call. I finally let the recording play and I wrote down their phone number to let them know, they have the wrong person. I called the number and (not thinking) gave them my phone number. They quickly hung up. - They also said that my number had been removed from there system and that they did not call. Yet, I have a message from them

As the previous complaints have stated, this company called, though their call went unanswered, they left a voicemail in the same format as the other's have stated, "this call is for [your name], if you are not [your name], then please hang up. If you are still on this call, that means you are agreeing that you are [your name]." Etc. Etc. Before calling them back though, I, having heard this exact kind of recording in the past, I looked up the info they provided me on the voicemail & that's how I ended up on this page. I encourage everyone to report these calls with the BBB & FCC.

These freaks call my home phone over and over about an imaging center outstanding debt which is bogus as I have indeed used that service before but always paid if not fully covered my Medicare. I suppose in the long run they scare a few people into outlaying some bucks. It is a real drag that they persist in calling me and so I suppose I should get on my lazy horse and do what is necc. to stop this annoying bogus harrassment. What a freaking waste of everybody's time and a waste of anxiety medicine usage resulting from this scam bologna. Or is it balooney? No, it's Boloney, yeah, that's the one. Thanks for the ear.

They have called me for weeks. I finally wrote down the information and called them, they asked ME to verify my date of birth! are you kidding me, I asked the young lady for her name, she said "Valarie" and I wanted the name of the company, but she must not be from around here because she spoke so fast I could not understand her. She then hung up on me. So, I call them back. this time I get Lorraine, I verify my address rather than my date of birth for her, since I still dont know with whom I am dealing with. She informed me that they are attempting to collect a debt. I then asked her to remove me from her call list and direct any and correspondence through the USPS. in other words via the post office. I informed her that Oklahoma law requires that if I request that, they must abide, to which she replied, "I dont know Oklahoma law, so I dont know, can you hold on for a minute" I then am placed on hold before I can even reply and I guess she transfered me because the next thing I know a voicemail is answering. I find them to be unproffesional and I will not tollerate harrasing phone calls from any collector. Oklahoma Law is very clear.
