Person called and stated that they were serving my husband and I for breech of contract and we would be getting served from 9-2pm today. When I spoke with a representive at this company he stated that it was for Kay Jewlers in 2007. I told him that myself nor had my husband (that I knew at that point) been to Kay Jewlers. He then told me that maybe "it was something my husband didnt want me to know about" at that point I was livid. A man that knows nothing of my husband or I could imply something like that. I asked if there were payment plans for the settlement of 600 some odd dollars. At that point he only wanted to talk to my husband. I spoke with a supervisor on my second call (after calling the county where the claim had supposedly been filed and finding no claims) he informed me that they were infact a collection company n could only "reccomend" lawsuits be filed, completely different story than what I had been threatened with prior. He also told me that he had a recording of my conversation with the prior rep and everything that I was saying was never said but the representive I spoke with I cannot believe the lies these people say in order to get what they want. Shame on Kay Jewlers and Shame on this company. I will not respond to this threat until I see legit documentation.

My husband and I both received a call from this # on our cell phones regarding my ex-husband's (been divorced from him for 13 yrs.) wife. When I called the # back the man I spoke with was extremely rude, told me to call the person they are looking for and tell her to call them and then hung up on me. When they called my husband (same day within 5 minutes of my call) they told him they were calling about his wife Debbie xxxxx.....My husband told them that wasn't his wife's name and my husband was told they were sorry and would remove both of our #'s from their system.Weird thing is when I called I never mentioned the name of the person they were looking for but they knew by my # showing up on their caller ID who they were looking for, the rude man I spoke with said the name without me giving any information. Not sure how they got both my husband and my cell phone #'s??? Hope they remove our #'s as promised. If not I will take further action.

Caller name: Not sure

This number has been calling my fiance's former landlady, her sons, his former place of business, our present landlady, my ex-husband and several others I can't think of right now for a title loan that from over TWELVE years ago. The car stopped running, and he asked them to please come repossess the car. They never did. The actual title loan place has been out of business for about 8 years now. They are harassing everyone EXCEPT him even though they have his number.
There has to be a way of stopping these harassing calls. And no, they never do anything. They've been threatening garnishment, suits, JAIL and myriad of other things for like 5 years. I'm sick of these people.

Man called my cell # and asked to verify a mailing address for a relative of mine. He said it was about a pending case. I knew that this was not true because of the state of my relative. He would not give me any information other than the company name, NPM...and I researched it and did not find a legitimate company.
This is a scam ...and a scare tactic to get money from people.

This man named Ben Jones left a message on my cel phone. Weird. He left an address in his reference saying he was from "Processing Verifications" (lol!!!) and that there were "formal documents" that needed to be delivered from his "firm". He gave a case number and said he needed to find out if I was available. One thing is for certain, the people behind these calls are going to h**l. I can't believe people--lying to good, innocent people. They need to read the Patriot Act and then revisit the legal accusations they make. If this were in any way legit and not fraudulent they'd be following the laws and rules and not being ignorant, aggressive, losers. People, if your phone has an "unknown caller "...don't answer it!! Duh!!!!!

I had fun with this. When the voicemail had the "claim number" listed, I looked it up in my state Department of HR. (Lawsuits are public information due to the Freedom of Information Act). I couldn't find it. I called the number and spoke with someone. I verified I had the right claim number and they said I did. When I asked why the number wasn't showing up in the legal database, they said because it hadn't been filed yet. I asked how they obtained a number for a filing if those are only given out when a lawsuit is filed. I was transferred to someone else. That person said it wasn't an external lawsuit number but an internal. I pointed out that presenting false information and impersonating a legal service is a felony and informed them I was recording the message. Haven't been called back. 0:)

Sean Edwards called my work. Said that he was going to serve me with wage garnishment papers. I am sorry, I thought this was supposed to be court ordered. Not to mention in the state of Alabama the statute of limitations is up on trying to sue me for this debt. I have paid on it and lost my job. He is saying I owe them 1600 and if it goes to court I will owe over 2000 or maybe 3000. He won't give me proof that this is valid or anything. I say whatever. I have had to deal with fraud for the past few years. Go ahead and send it. You are calling from California but you are going to make a trip to Alabama to serve ME with wage garnishment papers and can only serve me at work. Yeah right. If this was true you wouldn't even be calling me to warn me. Get a life.

I received a message. At their request I called them back, did not give any personal information, although they asked for it. I asked what company or business entity they were calling on behalf of, person would not respond, then became hostile with me when I requested they remove me from their call list, told me "you have a problem", repeated last 4 digits of a social, I told him I give NO personal information over the phone to anonymous callers, and told him I would report this number to police. I do not intend to bother police with something this small, but it sure is annoying. It's about the 10th call like this I've received lately.

This guy left a message claiming that a lawsuit had been filed against my husband, he also stated in the message that he spoke to my husband's father and sister. Which he did. He threated my husband's sister telling her she was a guarantor on the debt and that a law suit was filed against her with a trial date in Nov. He said this was from a Shaw's account. I called Shaws they dont even use this company, and stated that this debt was "written off". I checked the judicial website and there is no lawsuit filed against either my husband or his sister. This is a fraudulent company! Dont contact them WHATEVER YOU DO. I filed a complaint for the Commission of Financial Regulations.

I received a call from an anonymous/blocked number this morning, and they left me 888-737-8441 to call back in reference to the call. He went on to say in the message that they would be making 2 attempts to deliver court documents to my address. When I called the number back, all they said was "Corporate office" when they answered. I inquired about the previous phone call, and the guy asked if this was Wilmer Marshall. I said "no", and explained what the phone call had said. I said I didn't know who Wilmer Marshall was and that he did not live at this address. I don't understand how they would have my cell number, listed under my name, plus my home address, listed under my name, and be asking for someone who isn't me, doesn't own this phone, or live at my address. Definitely a scam.

He stated that l had been notified and that I would need to call this number and notify them of any changes that had been made to my address and that I needed to notify their law firm immediately. Totally unprofessional and someone with no people skills. Never listed which law firm I was to contact or whom I was to contact and what it was regarding. This was seriously a joke.

I was really angry that I would get a call like this and not even given a name, or extension to call.

So these people call me and I know right off the bat it is a scam. They are looking for someone I know. But he doesn't even live in my state. I get a message last week saying this was the 2nd and final attempt(although it was the first attempt) and that they were going to serve me with legal papers. Then today I get another call so I decide to call them back. I just want to give them a hard time. But when they asked me if I was the person they were looking for, they just hung up. After that I just decided to do what they were doing to me and harass them. I called them grilling them for information on why my name and contact info was attached to the other person. They wouldn't give me info so they hung up.. Sooooo... I call back and ask to speak to a manager so after they fake put me on hold, I grill him and he's being smug and smart alecky... He doesn't answer my questions and I'm asking for the name of their company...Nation processing and manepagement.... And I tell him that there is no such company listed on line. He wouldn't even tell me what his company does...lol Until they call me back.....

I previously would never answer, always got a voicemail that said it was urgent I contact them about legal documents being prepared to go out against me. Yesterday they told me I had one hour before documents were being sent out. So I finally called the number they left to see what it was actually about, and it turned out to be an old debt from several years ago when I lost my job. Told me that I was being sued for breach of contract. Told me that I was being sued in the county that I used to live in, but no longer do.
