i have and bill me later account im paying my bills they always call even after talking to these people and telling them i get paid once a month they dont log anything you tell them ,starts at 0800 and finshes by 2055,at least five times a day no message , just plain getting tired of this s**t no other credit cards or any one else i owe to like this is bs.
I have got a call from this company who claims to be affiliated with New Egg. They claim to be bill me later PayPal but, I don't have a bill me later account that I am aware of . I fell for this once a few months ago and paid them . I also Imake my account payments as required to Synchrony bank issuer of NEW Egg account . I am scared that these people may not be legitimate. When I request transaction verification they claim they don't have access to that information. So, until I know for a fact that this is a legitimate request I won't respond again oh I also, got an email follow-up survey trashed it
Caution. This is most likely a phishing scam to get your personal information and steal your account or your identity. It is very unlikely to be "Bill Me Later" because I got one of these calls and I have no account with "Bill Me Later". NEVER give any personal informastion over the phone unless you originate the call and you are certain you are calling the right company.

We have a bill me later acct, but it isn't past due. They do call ALL THE TIME! Both mine and my husbands #. We never answer, they never leave messages! Even if our acct goes past the 6 month mark we are still not late! Bill Me Later is 6 months no interest, at 6 months if you are not paid off then all of the interest applies to your account and your payments start actually being due. Not sure why they are harassing us before the 6 month mark?!!

I did end up getting calls from this number. The man on the other end of the phone asked for my routing number and my account number.
I know a phisher when I hear one.
I know that sensitive info isn't relayed over the phone in such a manner.
I told him I would make the payment myself; no need to "be bother with my issue". Hung up instantly.
not sure who this is. I do have a Bill Me Later account but they have left a meesage before with a different number (800-684-4340). this number just keeps calling and calling. 4 times alone today! When I answer they hang up......grrrrr

They have been calling me for days- for someone who isn't even me!!! I've called the company directly twice now explaining that I don't even have an account with them and they promised to remove me- but no luck.

This number belongs to the Bill Me Later division of PayPal identifying themselves as their "Customer Service Center. The robo-dialed call only says "An agent will be with you shortly" and doesn't identify themselves. Very bad Customer Relations representations.
This number calls at 8 in the morning and 8 at night, even on Sundays! They call so often that I had to put my phone on Do Not Disturb. I get at least 3 calls a day, but I am on the Do Not Call list, which I put myself on every year!

Apparently this is BML. We have a BML account but are not late. We never know what our payment should be. It is different every month. The call at least 5 times a day, all the way up to 10 PM. We are tired of this. I got the account as part of a purchase with Wyndom Resorts. But that is another story.

Paypal's efficiency on this matter gives one weak feelings with them being used as a trusted payment option.
They send 'statement' to wrong email address.

Makes one wonder how they find their way to work.
I am being called up to 20 times a day by Asian (not indian) women telling me they are from talk talk and my router was defective when I said my Internet is fine she hung up. But the calls are non stop every single day. I am not well and it's torture. I checked the last call number and it was 002547854122. 0025 is the country code for Kenya.

If you have a Bill Me Later account but aren't comfortable answering this number that keeps calling you, then call a known number for them (from your bill/statement or from their website) so that they can confirm whether or not they've been trying to contact you & what the reason is. Then they can note your account that your called & have made arrangements for your payment or to bring your account current. Past due payments is usually the primary reason for their calls.
What I do when numbers that I don't recognize call me -- whether it's at home, at work, or on my cell phone -- is I answer once to try & find out who it is that's calling me. Regardless of whether I have an account with them, I tell them to stop calling me if I feel like their calls have been excessive. Even if it's a company that you have an account with, they must refrain from calling you if you tell them not to. The first time that I answer, I just tell them to stop calling. If they continue to call then I'll answer a second time, tell them to stop calling, and warn them that they will be reported to the FCC if they continue to call excessively. If they still keep calling then I answer, make sure that they identify themselves (by both the company name & the name of the rep that I'm speaking to), and I let them know that I am filing a complaint with the FCC for failure to comply with the consumer request. After their third strike, they usually stop calling (whether I have reported them or not). There have only been 2 companies that have been relentless & who I've actually had to report in order to get them to stop calling. I did report some of the others as well, even after they had stopped calling, because the calls should've ended after I had initially requested that they stop.

Just got three calls from this number in the last hour so I thought I'd Google it. I do have a BML acct but as with everyone else it has no balance. This is most definitely a scam. NEVER give ANY personal information over the phone! They would not call you. I'm not sure how "they" have all of our numbers but it would be great to catch them and stop them.

I receive calls daily on my home number, personal cell, and work cell numbers from a toll free 888-393-7163. There is never any messages left on voice mail and there is never any response from anyone when I answer the call.

First time I've received a call from this number. Promptly at 8 am, no message. I am a BML customer in good standing. My next payment is due two weeks from now. So why are they starting to harass me? If it is them, why not leave a message, even a recorded one? What jerks.
I guess I'll pay off what I owe and dump the account. I resent this treatment.

In a 13 day period, called me over 70 times. 8:00am - 10:00pm, including weekends. No proper Caller ID...identified as "1800 Number". They do not leave any message. When you pick up, there is silence for 30+ seconds.
Very unprofessional way to conduct business.
I finally had enough and waited until someone said something on the other end and let the poor girl have it. I apologized for taking it out on her but also hope it was recorded "for training purposes".
They did identify as BillMeLater, which I do have an account. I admit that I did forget last month's bill, but 70+ calls in 13 days is harassment. Leave 1 message or an email reminder and things would've been solved. Now I know which account I will never use again and closed asap.
