Got same call described above asking for SS number to "reactivate" Bank of America debit card (I don't have one). Tried calling back to speak with some one at this fraudulent organization so I could tell them to go f**k themselves with a dull rusty hedge trimmer set to highest possible speed setting but no luck. They will not answer calls at this number.

Seemed to be unaware of the no call policy. Caller ID showed the call as coming from Joseph Stone Capital LLC

I answered and a robotic voice told me that it was Bank America calling and that my debit card had been locked. It asked me to press a number to be connected with a customer service representative who would help me with my locked debit card. I don't have a debit card from Bank America, so I simply hung up. Scumbags!

Same as above except that the company told me that they were People's Bank! I'm glad that I didn't give them the numbers but I wish there was a place or people to make complaints to so others don't get scammed! I want others to know about this and the person or persons who are making these calls are held responsible. Although I think the perfect punishment would be for the money scammed to be returned with 200 percent interest!

Claim to be Bank of America to inform me that my debit card was locked. Asked me to punch in my SSN to take the next step and unlock my card. I hung up and called back and the woman that answered said they were an internet company. This "organization" should be shut down, I just don't know the proper steps to doing so. Any help in this matter would be appreciated
