Caller name: Justin Novax

Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster

Received 4 consecutive phone calls within 4 minutes of each other all from different telephone numbers with the identical message from Justin Novax with masked threat that my case will "be closed out" if I don't contact within the end of business day. I never requested services or inquired about a "Student Loan Forgiveness". Message prompts you to call even if not interested to "make note on their records" and stop the incessant, nuisance calls (Like that's going to happen). Ironically, the same Justin Novax left a voice mail message 1 month ago threatening to close my account the same day if I didn't call. Apparently, he didn't heed is own warning. I suspect a scammer seeking personal information

This is clearly a scam. Justin claims to be following up on my interest in a student loan forgiveness plan. I don't have any student loans. He also threatens to "close it out" meaning my so-called file and. For me to contact him "until 6pm pacific standard time" and if you're not interested they "need it for their records" this guy is clearly looking for personal info.

I didn't recognize this number. The voicemail sounded like a human male staing that I needed to return his phone call "regarding my request to be part of this program". He stated that I needed to return his call by 6pm Pacific time or they would close out my file.

Received THREE calls in a row, all from different numbers, they almost immediately hung up (or maybe it was my phone service provider that cut them off?). I got two voicemails, IDENTICAL "Hi this is Justin Novax....." calling about student loan forgiveness, when I have never made such a request, saying I should call back regardless to the 888-231-5805. Clearly a scam trying to get suckers to call in and get a bogus offer.

Loan company advisor by the name of Jared Johnson ID#47986 was extremely rude. I was asking what company this was and Jared refuses to answer the question and says "you called me." I told him I called because I was left a voicemail and I did need help with my loan repayment plans. I then proceeded to ask if it would be best to contact my federal loans office directly because he didn't tell me the name of the company just that they were based in "California" and I wasn't going to give out my information to some stranger on the phone, Jared goes "they're the ones making money off your interest, good luck with that" and hangs up. Be careful of scammers like this
