Sirius automatically renewed my subscription without my permission. I called them twice to complain and to cancel. No response even after I sent them a letter. Now phone calls! What can be done?

Call from them today, let my answering pick up, they said my credit card didn't go through to renew, we'll nobody in our house has Sirius now or ever so I called them back to tell them and to please not call anymore, now my concern is I gave them my name as they said they needed it to know that the number didn't match, I pray nothing comes out of this

They left a voice mail that my credit card did not go through & to call them back to update my information, but I do not nor have I ever had Sirius XM. I don't know how they got my phone number, but I did not call them back.

Recording message said Sirius xm could not update current credit card on file and to call them with new credit card information. I have not returned the call because I checked the number and got this site informing that it is a scam.
Automatic renewal was automatic. I instructed them to cancel but got a long spiel of how they could lower the rates. I just don't NEED this service and I don't use it often so after talking with 2 people FROM MALASIA I got it canceled. Geez

They called at 6:29 pm on Friday evening and said my credit card did not clear when I renewed my Sirus XL account. Called back and gave new info THEN, I got the above info. Called the credit card service number and the fellow called Sirus and I told them to CANCEL.... and the ole gal kept on blabbing.... I finally asked her what part of CANCEL did she not understand. I got the new charge on the credit card cancelled and my Sirus XL service cancelled and I told the gal I had wasted l hour and 22 minutes and this was a ".... h**l of a way to spend my Friday evening."
Sirus needs to clean up their act and get the scammers off their phones.............
