I receive calls at all times of day and evening. Several times in one day. I am on the do not call list and do not answer calls from unknown numbers. There is never a message left. Please have the number blocked from my phone if you can.

Its charter, it happens every month with me... i pay them and they call for a week nagging me and saying OH if you paid just ignore.... Can i add them to a block? Apparently they dont even know when they get paid when they do. Maybe its payback to me.. i did call them and complain for like 10 months straight cause their Internet/Phone/TV would die on me 5 times a day, but yet they will call 20 times a day when they think they havnt been paid!

Idiot Company/Horrible Service/Horrible Customer Service. Always going down or slow/TV Audio Lags all the time and Gets all Scrambled like Sat, Not to mention the TV on the go thing seems to never work for a show i like.. Charter is Never on the list... I Feel an AT&T switch coming for me real soon!

Charter Communications called 8 times today and never left a message. I think it is against the law (in MA) for a debt collector to call more than twice a week. I am reporting them.

I do not know who this caller is, if it is charter like the rest of you say it is I don't even have Charter, so the calling is getting a bit old I do not have or ever had an account with them...

I get multiple calls per day from this number. I have not had cable service in 23 years and have not done business with Charter. Pretty suspicious.

The call is from Charter Communications. If you have an account,, DNC doesn't matter. Usually it's for past due bill.

they call and call and call send letters about your past due bill, ignoring the call even if you paid is NOT ignoring. This is harassment!!

Caller name: Charter Communications

It's Charter Communications calling about an outstanding balance on your account. They relentlessly call but never leave a message. It's terribly annoying because I've already payed the one bill that was late and they still call.
Last time I answered and explained to them I've already made the payment and that there's no outstanding charges on my account. They said to just ignore calls in the future if I've already paid. I suggested they don't call if I've already paid. Apparently, they like their approach better.

Relentless calling all hrs of the day and evening, the number is from Charter Communications. My bills are always paid monthly even if it's slightly past the due date. I still get calls even after the bill is paid. Looking forward to the day when cable companies don't dominate the media market so I can be free of them.

Caller name: Charter Robocaller

Absurd! I'm late on one bill and am harassed day and night even after setting up a payment arrangement with Charter. Have received calls as early as 6:00am and as late as 10:15pm all against the law and after I've called and was told by multiple employees and a supervisor that the calls would stop. Load of c**p!! Charter is the worst company ever and makes me miss Comcast, which is saying something. At least they owned up to their mistakes and offered compensation. Will be canceling service immediately.

I get a robot voice from Charter saying "I see you have automatic withdraw set up, would you like to make a one time payment using a credit card?" Why would I? Crazy thing is, I didn't stop the auto pay, they did. And the web site wouldn't let me correct it because I was locked out because I'm not listed as the head of household (even though I am). It also wouldn't let me pay the bill. I had to go to the local branch to get that mess fixed, then they wouldn't just set it up there, they said I had to go home and set it up on line!

It appears to be Charter Communications. I am unsure as to what it is that they are calling in regards to, unfortunately, but I'm sure I'll find out soon, considering that they call every 15 minutes - alternating between my cellphone, my husband's cellphone, and our landline..
Oh, and I forgot to mention that they never leave a message of any kind, either.
Little excessive, but hopefully this helps someone. Good luck!

Caller name: Charter communications

I get at least 3 calls a day from Charter even though we payed the bill. They are a very bad company to do business with, if we had another choice, I would use a different company.
