They have called my cell phone at least 3 time a day for a month. I tried calling back today and found out who it was. Like others have reported, they want to confirm my DOB before they will even tell me what it is about. When I refuse, they say they already have all my personal info and just need to confirm! Any legit business would know that no one should release the info they are requesting over the phone! How do we stop the calls??

This company just called and would not tell me who they are. They said they needed to verify my information and asked for my DOB. When I refused to give it they said they already had it anyway. I repeatedly ask where they were calling from and what for, they said they could not disclose that until I first verified my DOB. I just hung up

I looked at my credit score and I have 7 collections from them. I have never taken out a loan. Never had a credit card. NOTHING. But apparently I have almost 1000 dollars worth going into collections. I don't get it. If it's a scam why would they ruin people's lives? I'm 22 and trying to build my credit.

The caller did provide name. I asked for the company name. When I told the woman that I will not pass the message without knowing the company she is calling from. She gave me "Receivable Solutions". She then asked me if I heard the name of the company. This woman was very arrogant and rude.

We sent a check to start paying off some back bills. Today I got the check back unopened and the Post Office "Return to Sender" Not Deliverable as addressed
unable to deliver as addressed! Unable to Forward!
I tried their phone number listed as 877-250-6272! This phone number is not working!

What is going on with this company? The address was: P.O. Box 505023
St. Louis, MO 63150-5023

Does anyone else have this problem? They are collecting for Mercy Clinics.

My adopted brother has been ill for the last 3 years continually.

We are trying to do so much a month in payments. Hard to do on SS.

She said can I speak to Dana and I said this her and she said I am a debt collector but did not say where she was from yet and then said I need your birth date or the last 4 digits of your social. I paused like I shouldnt be giving it out and then i thought well if I just give the last 4 it wont hurt me so I did. Then she said she was from Mercy and collecting a debt and that i was not making my payments of 25.00 a month. I said I have made every payment and on time and I was going to call News Channel 10 and KY3 and report them. She then said I could keep making the 25 payment and for me not to worry about it. I ask for her last name as well as her first and she kept saying just go by Ann. I then ask what my balance was cause I knew what it was and she had it exactly right which means she got all of my payments!!!!!!!!!! GRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She wanted to default my loan she said! Can you believe that? I am going to call Mercy in Am!!! I called the number back and had a message to call at a later time and then it pauses and then it rings into Valarity.

When asked who they were I was told it was very important and they (valarity) had information on my policy, but they needed to comfirm I am who I say I am? Pretty sure they called me so they must have a clue and who in this day and age gives out personal information over the phone? When I made it clear I would not give them any of my personal information and if they would not identify I would turn them in and flag their number, the lady on the other end hung up the phone. Not sure what this is about, I have nothing in collections all my debts are current. This may be a scam and they have paid for phone numbers. I blocked the number.

I received a letter from Valarity stating I owed $45 from Mercy. That is the amount my co-payment is for a specialist. I was sure that I had paid this at the specialist's office, as I always do, so I called the number on the letter 877-250-6272, to dispute this. After a great deal of trouble getting connected, someone named Summer picked up. She said she was sorry that they were unable to connect me with my account manager. She told me the amount due would be reported to the Credit Bureau unless I paid it that day. I told her I didn't think I owed anything so she suggested I go ahead and pay it today then fax them any papers that proved I didn't owe the $45 and it would be returned, if the info checks out. So, that's what I did. Summer said she would notify my account manager that I paid it via phone to her and she gave me a conformation number. The next day I faxed the proof that I didn't owe Mercy anything.
On 9/6/2014 I received a call from Valarity again stating that I owed $45 and if I didn't pay it today it would be sent to the Credit Bureau. This time I was speaking to April Thomas. I explained that I had already paid it via phone. She said it had been returned due to insufficient funds. I said that was not possible! She said she would hold while I went online to my bank. There was no note of any transaction being returned but they also did not show that the phone payment had been made. So, She said I should pay it again using my Debit Card. I said I am not comfortable giving my debit card info over the phone. Instead I paid via check over the phone, but first I had her tell me my routing and checking # they had in their records. She gave me the correct routing number and the last 4 digits of my checking acct. So I paid the $45 again. She said if it comes back as insufficient again she would have to report it. She also gave me a payment conformation #. Anyway, I am very upset with this collection agency as you can tell by this lengthy comment.

I have received a call from 8772492168 or Valarity, they ask you to give your DOB, because they have confidential information about you and they want to verify it. Please do not give your DOB, they are Scammer and Fraudsters. Soon as you ask them who they are they hang up or if you refuse to give your DOB.
Do not be tricked giving your information. Watch out for those fraudsters.

They usually won't leave a message and when you call to see who it is and what they want, they want to know the name of every person in the house, I won't tell them. They call us every day with no message, so we blocked the number and they still call every 10-11 minutes per day. Good thing the phone doesn't ring. It is just annoying having all those calls to delete from the caller id.

I have even talked with someone in the past and then hung up and 30 minutes later someone else calls and they don't believe that you talked to someone already. Do they not note their accounts? Their business practices are very poor. They had an account that was already paid off and they argued with me about it.

They call every about once a month for several days in a row and several times per day at all hours! Prior Internet searches have shown this as Valarity a collection agency. They told me I owe Mercy several hundred dollars but yet when I contacted Mercy, I did have a balance but it was twenty dollars, not the several hundred they said I owed. I am on the no call list. When i tild them that, they said it didnt matter. There should be a law against these misersites!

They are RELENTLESS and will not release any info about who they are or why they're calling without you giving your personal info out first- if they can't get you to give DOB, they try confirming your address or name & make it sound like an emergency or hospital call. I am an older Disabled, divorced Mom who has an ex that has stolen SS#'s & IRS fraud & continues to accumulate debt using my SS# despite living in another state. I'm resolving debts going back to 2003 during our marriage & divorce he created by identity theft! He's lately begun doing this same thing with our 18 yr daughter with Special Needs & we had to get my sons SS# re-issued 2 yrs ago.
I HATE that Valarity agents will switch to the " I have Urgent Infomormation for this number but due to confidentiality laws we can't release it" Implying by tone of voice something is really WRONG or that they're a hospital or ER. Of course, I thought my son had been in an accident or something, so released my info only to get slammed with debts from my ex going from 2003-2014. Now the calls are nonstop.
