This scammer is not Kaiser. Called 3 times already asking whether we are Kaiser members. The phone number, says Kaiser, does not belong to Kaiser. If you have to contact Kaiser, call them from your card or catalogue. This number keeps calling day after day asking whether we are members. Kaiser doesn't call you to ask if you are a member. It must be a scammer. I had Kaiser dial the number, and they told me it was not Kaiser's number. The scammer just wants to find out whether you're a Kaiser member so they can ask you for your medical number and scam you. Don't answer. If you need to talk with Kaiser, call Kaiser from the number on your medical card, not from some one who calls you and gives you a number or a fake number shows up on your ID screen.

Robocall asked whether this is the (our name) household. I refuse to answer anyone I don't know with any information. Last week, a scammer called asking whether we are a Kaiser member and what's our medical record number. We don't know who is calling, so no one will give information to a total stranger on the phone that could be a scammer calling senior citizens. I called Kaiser customer service, and they said they didn't recognize the phone number.
If Kaiser calls to let us know where we can get flu shots or other health tips, we already know because we get the annual catalog, so there's no way we will respond to a total stranger asking us to verify if we are Mr or Mrs so and so. Sounds like someone phishing for information. Last week they called to ask if we are Kaiser members....Sounds way too much like scammers. If Kaiser calls with a recorded message, fine, but when you start asking us to verify names or numbers, it sounds too much like a phishing for information scheme that scammers use, so we aren't answering.

Caller name: Kaiser

Kaiserpermanent is the wrong spelling. It's Kaiser-Permanente. Sounds like a scammer.

Caller name: Claimed To Be Kaiser Permanente - This Was Not Kaiser

Caller type: Unknown

My call log read: "Toll Free Call, 1866-9303305. Call first asks whether this is the (insert name) residence. Robo caller voice asks me to confirm that this is the (insert name) residence. I keep saying 'no' and it keeps asking me to say 'yes'...but I'm saying 'no.' You better not record me saying 'yes' to anything because this number does not belong to Kaiser, and Permanent is misspelled. It's Permanente. Not Permanent. Scammer keeps calling every few days asking me to say 'yes' to the question, is this the ''insert name' residence?

The female voice is recorded. Then it proceeds to mention all the promotions of activities at Kaiser. Nobody calls a total stranger and asks the person answering to say 'yes'....So I keep sayin 'no.' The voice is a total stranger to me, and I have no way of knowing who the person/robot is....By the way, if you call Kaiser and give them the number, they'll tell you it's not a Kaiser number. If you're a Kaiser member, please use the number on your medical card, and don't answer any total stranger who calls you. You don't know who the caller is. Just call the number on your card if you're a member. Don't let them record your voice saying 'yes' to anything a total stranger asks you by phone because you don't know who's calling you and why. When it doubt, call the number on your card, if you're a member, not any number you're told to call by a robo call.
You never know whether a scammer is calling or not...Don't take a chance. This call keeps coming in every few days. They also tried last year. The real Kaiser has a different number, and it's on your medical card, if you are a member. If not, don't bother talking to the robo-voice.

866-930-3305 called this afternoon. Couldn't hear anyone on the line and did not speak. Just concerned that this number could be calling the very elderly. Is this company impersonating Kaiser, using the spelling "Permanent" instead of "Permanente"....? Don't know. In the past we have received so many scammers calling pretending to be one health care HMO or another. Why do they prey on the elderly, if it's that same scammer that called months ago? Just don't know and won't answer the phone. If I want someone, I'll call them. No need to call me because I have no way of knowing who's a scammer and who's real, and the real don't don't call the elderly at home unless they ask to be called...

They will try to record you saying "yes" and use your acknowlegement in other arbitrary agreements that you did not agree to. They can also sell your voice to other companies to put you under agreements. Don't fall for this.

This number keeps calling several times a day or every day or every few days. Female voice keeps asking "is this the (insert name) residence?" Looks like the caller just wants to get personal information, and will not get it. No company would keep calling and pestering a name and number on some list asking for the same personal information. None of their business. They are not Kaiser, and Kaiser doesn't call and keep asking for personal information. For those who have Kaiser, you know they don't keep calling you. Who is Kaiser? They keep calling the wrong person asking for personal information, which is none of their biz. Stop the robo calls. They keep asking us to press a button or say the word yes or no. Stop calling seniors on your list, because you're not who you say you are, robot caller.

- Senior citizen keeps getting calls from this number. It is not Kaiser. and Permanent is misspelled. It's Permanente. Kaiser has another number.

I have received a call from this number numerous times. It is a robocall with some nonsensical message...allegedly Kaiser Permanente. I have attempted to put a block on this number but I keep getting repeated robocalls from different numbers. This is essentially spam, which is illegal. I want to go on record stating that I hate Kaiser Permanente, who have misdiagnosed two members of my family who ultimately died. Apparently it is impossible to sue Kaiser, although a few have succeeded. As an investigative reporter, I want to go on record to report these abusive, time-consuming and horrible calls from one of the worst HealthCare Services Providers in the world.

I am a Kaiser member. I am constantly receiving calls from Kaiser with a "special message" or "good news" c**p.

I am on "do not call" registry. Why are they allowed to bug the h**l out of me???? I like a lot of things about Kaiser......but if this keeps up I may go elsewhere.

Claimed to be Kaiser Permanent calling for the (my last name) household. Requested to call back at the same number (866-930-3305). Out of curiosity, I called the number back and got a recorded message. The message thanked me for being a Kaiser Member, recommended that I visit their website for additional services that Kaiser offers, such a wellness classes, and reminded me that Kaiser has a five star rating. Other than that, there was no attempt to get my Kaiser number or any other information.
