This number calls me repeatedly. I call back because I would like to settle any concerns they may have. They indicate they are from Cardmember Service but they do not tell me what bank or even they type of "card" they are servicing. I ask them repeatedly for the name of the bank so I know what card number to give them. They ask for my phone number, then my SSN, then my first, middle, and last name. I give them none of it until they tell me who they are and why they are calling me. They tell me that if I will not verify who they are calling with then they will not verify who they are calling from. I certainly hope I'm not delinquent with any bills, I doubt very much that I am.

this number calls my office several times a day; how can i get them to stop??????? there is never anyone on the other end. this interrupts my phone conversations with my customers, and is extremely annoying.

We get at least 4 calls a day from this number. We don't answer because we don't know who or what the caller is or wants. It can't be too important because they don't leave a message. It is quite annoying and has been going on for several weeks. The way I look at it, damage is done as soon as the phone rings whether or not you answer the phone. Whatever you are doing when the phone rings is interrupted,ie: concentration.

This is a business they keep calling. Several times a day. When I answer with the business name they hang up on me. When I get annoyed and answer with "HELLO" they ask for the owner. I tell them the person isn't here and they hang up. After consulting with my employer the next time they called I asked them to remove this number from their list as they are not authorized to call t his business. They simply hang up. I've repeatedly asked them to remove our number from their list. They don't care. It's getting to where they call at least 5 times a day. I ask nice. I demand. I plead. They don't care.

This is also a business they keep calling. However when I do answer (with the name of my business) they don't hang up. I am shocked since this is a LAW FIRM they are calling. They don't care, they still ask for personal bank account information. This is ridiculous.

They left a general message with a call back. The automated system that you call into asks for the extension of the representative you are trying to connect with. When you say "no" it prompts you to enter your credit card number. My presumption is they are fishing for credit card numbers.

Pick kup the phone it says card member services, hold for the next agent, doesn't say the institution etc so I hang up. I get this number 3-4 times a day. In all honesty, I'm having bill paying problems right now, (co-incidence?), but do address them with the creditors involved and never ever make a payment ob the phone. I do it on line to the site I'm familar with or through my bank.

Calls 3-4 times per day. Wanting a credit card number. Refused. Informed we are on do not call list & asked to be removed from their call list. Still calling 3 to 4 times a day.

This is a scam & are harassing calls. I truly wish there was a way to stop them.

Keep receiving calls from 866-790-5371. we are a non-profit and as soon as we announce our place of work and name...they hang-up! Last time I told them to stop calling before they had a change to hang-up on me. :(

I received an unusually rude phone call from 866-790-5371 telling me that I was 17 days past due on my cred.card pmt. I looked in my ck. book and told them I sent a pmt. on 2/22/16 and gave ck. # and asked him to look it up. He hung up on me. SO I called my bank and checked to find that I had sent $246.56 on 2/22/16 and it went thru my acct. on 2/26/2016. to US BANK. So I called this # back and a woman answered and told me I had to pay $148. TODAY! I again explained that they had been paid and I was callng to get credit for the pmt. She said they would research it, but I HAD to pay $148. now. I refused and she exploded with "Who Do You Think You Are Talking TO?" I asked for a fax # to send over my proof of pmt. and she again refused to change on her demand for the $148. and when I refused she said "THIS conversation has ENDED!" and she hung up. I called the corporate ofc. of US BANK and they told me Yes, this is their collection agency, BUT they are not customer service and they use different tactics. Also, I was told it would take up to 10 days to verify my payment had been made even though I sent them a copy of the cancelled check [front and back] from my bank. I could not believe the rudeness of either of these offices. I have NEVER missed a payment to them.

This # won't stop calling my business. We use google phone and never hear anything when we pick the phone up. The # has called REPEATEDLY for weeks now. I think the # is connected to a mail letter scam with a company called 'elan'. We received a letter from 'elan' asking for $41 that we were behind on payment for a credit card. They also used a false account # for my business as well.

These people are calling our phone number asking for someone else. They do not respond to the fact that this is not that persons number and to please quit calling.

Looking on the internet I find it is a scam looking to get peoples bank card numbers, social security numbers etc.

I want to file this complaint against them. We are registered with the Do Not Call registry and I checked to make sure it is current.

We just want them to stop bothering us.
