Claiming to be from concentrix on behalf of keybank but refused to say the purpose of the call. Demanded I give them personal information. Called every day for over 2 weeks, even though I have explicitly said not to ever call again. When I asked to speak to a supervisor (on 4 separate occasions!) they refused until I gave them personal information.

repeated calls asking for another family member. spoke with key bank fraud line, personnel said they could do nothing to stop calls, that here are numerous scams over which they have no control. i have no doubt that this this is true but also suggested that if i could find information on internet suggesting scam perhaps key bank could alert their consumers. i suggested they alert their consumers of fraudulent call, from Concentrix representing key bank in either letter or consumer alert on web page, also reminding consumers of Key Bank notification policy and cautioning consumers to never give out information

Caller name: Concentrix on behalf of KeyBank

Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster

I recently started business with KeyBank so I don't know their protocol. I got a call on my work line (first red flag, as this is always a backup number) from a man who sounded like he was in an Indian or Pakistani call center. My caller ID read KeyBank so I picked up. The man asked for the last four digits of my social and I asked why. He said he understands if that makes me uncomfortable, so how about my date of birth? I said I still didn't know why he was calling. He gave me this number to call back when I'm ready - as if this would a more secure line. Like another commenter (also in Washington) had I not been savvy I would have easily given away my details. These guys are getting good. I called my branch and the manager confirmed that it sounds like a scam.

Received two calls from this number claiming to be Concentrix and contracted on behalf of Key Bank. Immediately wanted my SS number to prove who I was. I called Key Bank and they confirmed this is fraudulent and that caller does not represent them. If it were Key Bank they have ways to verify they are legitimate. DO NOT GIVE THESE CALLERS ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION. CALL YOUR LOCAL KEY BANK DIRECTLY IF YOU HAVE ACCOUNT CONCERNS!

"KeyBank" is what the caller ID reads. A call has been coming in almost every day leaving a generic message. This has been happening for several weeks. I happened to answer the phone and a woman stated she was from "KeyBank" and needed to verify my account number to verify who I was to make sure they are speaking to the right person. She sounded very professional and plausible. I would not give out my account number so she asked for the last four digits of my social security number. I stated she had been calling me and so she should have the information available. She repeated she needed to verify who I was. I stated that I was concerned this was a scam. She continued to sound professional. In case it was I tried to think of ways that if it was legitimately Key Bank I could give her part of the information and she could give me the other part. I did disclose my street address and she knew the city and state. She again requested my social security number. I refused and stated I would go to my local branch and check with them there. She gave me her name and ended the call with "thank you for doing business with KeyBank." I took the name and phone number to my local branch and was told it's a scam. The woman was very good, she maintained composure the whole time, she sounds just like a bank representative. If I wasn't savvy, or if I was overtired and not thinking well, it would have been very easy to fall for this one.

This number has been calling us for weeks - same questions as other people have mentioned.

Didn't give them ANY info, and checked with my bank directly. They're scammers! Don't take their calls.
I said to the last person who called and was asking what my date of birth was, "Why don't you get a REAL job and stop trying to scam innocent people???" Click.

This is a company that is affiliated with Key Bank in their collections department. I have requested that they stop calling and they lie and say that they have added us to the do not call list and yet they still call every day and oh, by the way, the payment was made directly at a local branch. I am reporting to the BBB. I have had enough of the harassment and that is exactly what it is!

Call kept coming everyday from 216-689-3000 which listed Key Bank on caller ID. When I was able, I answered & asked them what it was about. They said it was for my husband. I asked for a number for him to call back which was 866-325-9677. When my husband was home we called. They asked his name & last 4 of social security #. He gave it. Then he wanted them to talk to me since he doesn't hear well. They would not give me a reason for the call if I wouldn't give them my last 4 of SS#. I told them they didn't need it since it wasn't my bank account & that they have my husbands permission to have them speak to me. They still insisted they wouldn't give me info unless I did. I still refused to give them my SS#. I told them I work for a government office, which I do, and even we don't ask for the SS# of the person that the husband , wife or whoever the people give permission for us to speak with. Finally I asked for a supervisor. After about 5 or 6 times of asking for a supervisor & the girl not giving me one, I wouldn't speak at all except to insist that she get me a supervisor. Once he came on the line he also insisted on my SS# to which I refused to give to him. I gave the phone back to my husband & he went off on them. He was being told he had a delinquent account even though he did find an error that the teller had made but it had been cleared up more than a week prior! Funny thing, after my husband told them that he would SUE & report them to internal affairs, which the teller that made the mistake said she would report these harassing calls to last week, and after my whole lunch time was wasted, suddenly the supposed supervisor on the phone said, "OH, I just checked & there is no more problem!!!!!!"
Geez, after my husband getting so angry that we were afraid he was going to have a heart attack or stroke, they suddenly found there was NO problem! I just called the number back that they wanted my husband to call & asked what the name of the company was & they said it was Consumer Solutions of KeyBank. I also asked where they were located & they said the Philippines. Watch out folks...

The caller said they were from KeyBank and we owed them $50.00. The lady said we were in collection with keybank. It was hard to believe since we just opened a LOC account with keybank. They wanted a payment over the phone. It is apparent that they were searching for checking account information. I told her that we would call KeyBank and deal with them directly and would not give any of our information to them. She hung up right after I said I was calling Keybank with the name and number.

Asked who is calling....hesitant to tell me....but she finally said she was from KeyBank and her name was Maria. Asked her if this was an URGENT MATTER and she said that she couldn't disclose the matter that it was confidential. I told her asking if this matter was URGENT is not disclosing anything. She then said "Yes, it is an URGENT MATTER."
After looking up this number, I'm afraid that this is a fraudulent call.
