No messages left, no on on the other line when answered. I called the company back they are a debt collector trying to collect debt from someone else that is not me. I just recently changed my phone number and now I get harassment calls from them.
Calls several time a day, all during the week, even sundays. No answer. I have only spoken to someone once and they were looking for someone no working for my company. I have asked them not to call so when I answer or dont answer they just hang up
This number calls several times and several days a week. They leave no messages. We just relocated here and our number is new and unpublished but we get calls from all kinds of people and most leave no message at all or are looking for someone we never heard of . We told them this several times, but they keep calling.
This is a ruthless, bottom feeding collection agency which uses several different numbers and several different company names, although the names are usually similar such as Southwest Credit Solutions, Southwest Credit Systems and Southwest Credit Collections. Based on my own experience with them as well as complaints filed on other websites, it seems they mostly represent cell phone companies. They don't care if you're the wrong person. They don't care if you don't owe the bill and have proof. They will harass you and stoop to any level to get what they want. A former employee posted on another website that they will threaten you, release your personal information, call any number that has ever been associated with you or your relatives including your children's cell phones and even numbers that your family had when you were a baby. According to this former employee, they will even destroy documents proving that you do not owe the bill, which is why this person quit working for them. So, for your own sanity, whether you owe a bill or not, make sure you document everything....every number they call from (according to the former employee, they have "hundreds"), the name of every person who calls, the date and time of every call, etc. Keep every letter they send you and write the date it was received. If you send letters or documents to them, first have them notarized, keep a copy showing the notarized seal, and send it by certified mail with a return receipt. No one likes dealing with any collection agency, but this one seems to be the worst of the worst.
