I am unwilling to answer this phone number due to the fact that they have called my mobile phone at least 2 or 3 times a day! I have researched this number and found out it's a scam. I am getting VERY frustrated by this and wish it to stop. I refuse to answer a phone number I don't know. I'm not wasting my minutes on someone I don't know. If they knew me they would know they have to leave a message for me to call them back. No message from them at all!

They need to be reported due to the high number of people lodging complaints about them on other websites!

They call several times a day. I say "hello". They say nothing. I try again. . Nothing. No matter who this is how can they gain anything by calling, not identifying themselves or leaving a message,. Harassment!

They called me several times long ago, I saved as NO in my phone. They recently started calling again I did not answer. I called them back and they started asking me what was my pets name for security, what was my address, what was my credit card number, what was my social security number. Denied all responses and they said they would take my number off the list as it must have been a robot call. Claimed to be from Citi / AT&T cards. ???? Don't even have a credit card....LOL

SUNDAY AFTER CHURCH - guy called me once and hung up - left no message. Called a few hours later and said he was from Citi-bank. Calling over VOIP or and extremly bad connection - had a very strong Indian accent - I wonder if the collection agents in India are porting there calls THROUGH this Kentucky number - that's why the connections are always so poor? Anyway, I "AM" a little behind but I couldn't understand this fella - apologized and hung up; I would have explained the problem to him but I could tell he was reading from a script and was no more interested in me than the man-in-the-moon..he was just putting in his 9 hours a day....

I think this number belongs to a collection agency or possibly a bank. Received a call asking for my ex-wife, when I asked who was calling and why, the lady (who had a Filipino accent) said it was a "personal banking matter." It did not seem like a scammer.

They have called me repeatedly, as often as every 20 minutes telling me to call an 800 number about my credit card. Instead, I contacted the number on the back of my Citi card and was told there was no problem, and they had not called. I then went online to the Citicard web site, and sent an email to Citi bank. They have responded and I have filed a complaint with there security department.

I have been getting called by this number at least 2 or 3 times a day. I answered it once and they hung up before i said anything. If i don't answer the leave a voice message that i have to call and delete it from there. I don't know what I can do to stop this harrasment , short of pulling them through the phone and knocking them clean out. Texas born and raised and enough is enough. We're coming to get you.

This number called me just now and I said "hello"? I could hear some noise in the background, so I waited and said hello again. Then the person said something that sounded like it was in Spanish. "....se enquentra help or h**l" or something like that. At first I was worried that someone needed help, because se enquentra can mean someone is looking for something.

I called citibank and they did not know why I had been called. It was very weird. The calls have not stopped. I complained in a message from my account to citibank. They did give a citibank number. When I talked to that number it seemed like it was real. They did not ask for my ss#.

Getting robo calls with no one answering when picking up. Called number back. They said it was Citi Bank. After checking with some information, they admitted they were trying to reach someone else. I've only had this number a few months, some other dead beat who used to have the number was their target. Annoying and not professional, and probably illegal to call with no answer. If its not, it should be.

I have gotten these calls from 859 283 8071,and says Kentucky caller on my caller ID and no one is on the other end and I hear no one hang up--the date 4- 25-2012, can some use some type of device to call someone, on their telephone just to pester someone, as I have a neighbor who I would not put it a past him, and he is upset with me, at present I have a PPO against him. Please do something as I am very afraid of this man.

I got *many* calls from this number also, Florence KY, starting last Sunday 3/4 and repeating every 20 minutes to an hour until almost 9PM. They normally left a message saying they were from "citi".

Once when I answered I was asked to enter our card number. I hung up and called Citicard who said they had not tried to reach us.

I got several more calls. Yesterday I talked to someone with an accent who said he worked for citi. I said no he didn't and asked to talk to his supervisor. He then said he worked for "collections". Finally after I asked again for his supervisor he put me on hold.

Still getting calls from them though.

Definitely a scam. I think someone has a list of Citi card holders and is trying to use it as quickly as possible before Citi realizes that it needs to close them all down and reissue new cards.
