Caller name: Caller Blocked
I have never answered a call from this number. The reason that their ID shows as "caller blocked is that I put them on my block list. So, when they call, the phone rings once and then it automatically hangs up. They used to call everyday. Then they stopped. All of a sudden, this morning three called three times in a row. Obviously a robo-call because it does not recognize that I have hung up on them.
I have no idea why they call but, based on all the remarks, they must be some kind of a scam.
If they are starting up again, i will report to the FCC.
Responded rudely when I took their call and asked them what they wanted... They have called for multiple months, many times daily and multiple times. It wastes my time and is so disturbing that they continually call me so frequently! My cell is registered with DO NOT CALL, too!
These people call me almost everyday on my personal line. I have answered twice - first time I just said "I'm not interested, please stop calling." They continued to call regularly. Answered again and asked for the company name. The woman quickly said something I couldn't really understand (Apstar? Astar?) and then asked for the owner. I said I wasn't interested and she proceeded to yell at me on the phone that I was being ridiculous for not even listening to what she had to say. I told her to put me on their DNC list and hung up. They STILL call me regularly. This is absurd.

Says they work for MasterCard and Visa and will help me recoup high rates from my current processor. They are basically trying to get my merchant account business. It's telemarketing. Don't fall for it.
I called back and their message said they purchase business phone numbers from Dunn & Bradstreet for business-to-business financial telemarketing. If you wish to have your number removed, follow the instructions.
I entered my phone number followed by the pound sign and my number has apparently been added to the DoNotCall List.
We shall see.
It's worth a try.

Wanted private FINANCIAL information, when I explained to David Chambers I was not giving him that info for the business, he questioned me as if i needed to 'answer to him'- then he told me I was being rude because I told him I was not able to stay on the phone any longer with him because I was the only one up front at our office. I finally had to hang up while he again was trying to get me to answer to him.
This is why I keep a a junk email address, if its slow enough, I answer, and give any old info.
They don't care about dnc. Plus, as a business, they don't have to follow it.
Half of these places don't even know what number there auto dialer called.
Called my business asking about me taking credit card payment online. I asked her if she was looking to pay for my product via credit card, and she said she was inquiring about taking over my credit card service (or something like that). Told her I was on no-call list and she wasn't supposed to be calling me. Then she disconnected.
Man called and asked to speak to the owner of a particular company, of which I have no affiliation. I asked him how he got the number, said I had nothing to do with that company. Instead of answering my question about how he got my number, he became very rude and condescending and told me to just disregard the call then. As if I needed him to tell me what to do.

Just received a call and when I asked the caller to remove me from their call list, he started getting argumentative and saying that I didn't even give him a chance. I had to interrupt him to get him to shut up and told him that the business was dissolved and then he scolded me for not telling him that at the beginning... Took a lot to not cuss him out and sure do wish that I got his name!
Said he was with Ap Store and got my company name from someone named Jason Horn. Said he got our name as someone who had not seen the new credit card rates. He kept asking me to confirm my address and if we worked out of our house. Told him I was not comfortable speaking with him and hung up. He called right back but did not leave a message. Calling the Sheriff Dept. now.

They call several times a month. They say they don't want to sell you a merchant account (credit card machine). They just want to help you see you can save money by doing a report for you.
How many times I politely say no thank you, the guy gets nasty and rude, trying to degrade me, and bully me into letting him talk to the owner, (he doesn't know that I actually AM). He tries to make himself appear to be very important and above me and that I have no right to make such an important decision, as if he is above me. They just want as much information as they can get so they can scam and fraud your bank account later.
This guy doesn't care if you yell at him, he gives it right back.
They call here once, don't say anything till I hang up.
Then they turn right around and immediately call back.
I've had a female, but the male is always yelling and rude when I tell him no thanks.
There needs to be in caller type a choice of "Fraudulent"
