Calls and hangs up right away. I believe what someone said above that it's a verizon corp number because I called a verizon tech support number last week so maybe it's an automated survey doing a follow up, even though it hangs up right away.

Looking it up it says this number is VERIZON. You need to identify yourself as Verizon, not "unknown" if you expect people to answer. Or, leave a message for a call-back. I DO NOT ANSWER UNIDENTIFIED CALLS BECAUSE YOU DO SUCH A POOR JOB OF KEEPING OUT HARASSING SPAM CALLS!

I received a call from this number while I was on the telephone with Verizon customer service... a nearly 1 hour long conversation trying to fix a billing problem. I can see why Verizon called me for a customer service satisfaction survey while I was still on hold with Verizon customer service...they likely did not want to hear what I would say. That would be because the customer service department was explaining to me that the guaranteed rate I was promised to receive up to an including my bill dated August 3, 2018 was not going to be honored and Verizon would be charging me a higher rate than the one guaranteed and also would hit me with an early termination fee of $120 if I decided to leave Verizon before August 2018 due to the misrepresentation on Verizon's part! You cannot call back that satisfaction survey number to leave a response!

I'm getting phone calls from Verizon, telling me my payment is late, please go to their site and make a payment. I called Verizon to see how they got my number since I am not a customer, the CSR said she was not at liberty to say, but they would remove me from their records, I asked her how did I get a record since I am not a customer, that question was never answered. Then I get a call from Verizon, the caller hung up when I answered. When I called back, I got a voice mail saying this was Verizon and they were asking for customer service feedback. All of this leaves me to believe that Verizon has lost it.

This call came 3-4 minutes after speaking w/ a Verizon Fios rep. I did not answer, nor was a message left so I can not comment on the call. My call to Fios was not for positive reasons so that may have been the reason for a follow up.

I complained about, when paying online, the time I had to wait (8 minutes) for my account to load. I was bombarded w/ promos & marketing being shoved down my throat. Also when I turn on Fios TV it never goes straight to the channel or menu. It is always trying to sell me something. Little do they know, actually they do know, that they can not afford to piss customers off because once Google Fiber comes to my area I will be done with Fios & Comcast forever!!! If you do not know about Google Fiber look it up. 1 gigabyte (1,000 megabytes) per second download speeds for less than Fios & Comcast's mediocre speed.

I called and was helped with Tech Support too; the tech mentioned to me that I will be getting a follow-up and he hopes that the service he rendered (at time) was satisfying.
Received it at 9:05am; they are possibly being polite not calling before 9am.
