MEDICAL FRAUD!!!!! "Express Rx Pharmacy" does not exist. They send Rx request to our clinic for ridiculous compounded topical medicines like sumatripitan + zofran & phenytoin + vancomycin that I never prescribed. When I asked my patient about this she said the company has been repeatedly calling her & telling her she needs these. When I try to call the number associated with fax request (855-371-3933) there is no company voicemail, it's a generic recording & I have not been able to get through & no one has called me back!!!! All they need is a doctors signature & an order so they can send to insurance company to get reimbursed - they don't even send anything to the patient. Please, doctors/NPs/PAs out there- do not sign any form from this company!! They need to be reported to Medicare for medical fraud!!!

Called to fill a pain cream. Tried to verify my information. I asked who submitted the request - they wouldn't tell me because of HIPPA rules. they had my name, address, and phone number. asked for their information and they gave me 855-371-3933 although they were calling from 512-595-3104. Couldn't give me any information on why they'd be trying to fill a pain Rx for me.

an hour later, another rep called with the same script. I told them that I've already reported them to the authorities and she got audibly nervous and hung up.

Received call stating that they had received a "Wellness Form" from an online source with my name and address and that they were sending me a topical pain creme to replace the pain meds I was taking. Would not give me an address for their company but said they were in FL and no other information other than this phone number. Hung up on me. I called back was hung up on again. Called back got to a "supervisor" who gave me the same info but stated their procedure was to send a prescription to my primary care physician to get him to authorize the prescription be filled. He offered to take my name off their call list when I threatened to contact the FL Attorney General to report their scam.

Caller Sofia said she was calling from Express Lab Services. Her local number on my caller ID was 732-339-3389. The customer service number, which I asked for, was 855-371-3933. She said part of my husband and my benefit from our insurance company was that we could receive two genetic wellness tests, free of charge, to check to see if we are prone to common diseases. She said they are the lab and would be able to supply us with the results. She just needed me to verify my information. I can't believe I fell for it, but I was a little doubtful. I did give her my name and DOB. She also asked for my ethnicity. She asked for my doctor's name. I did give this information as well.

She said she would be sending the kits in the mail.

Upon hanging up I tried to call both numbers back. They did not respond. I called my insurance company, and they knew nothing about this.

Now that my head has cleared, I realize this was a scam. I'm not sure what they will do with my information, but I think I will alert my doctor's office in case this "lab" tries to call them and fill a prescription and charge my insurance company somehow.

Caller called from a local number 215-249-6155 and identified herself as calling from RX Pharmacy Services. She asked for my college-age daughter and said she was calling about healthcare benefits. I said she didn't need healthcare insurance and she said that she wasn't offering insurance, but healthcare benefits. She gave me the following call-back number 855-371-3933. I called the local number back and got an institutional-type answering system that put me on hold. I think the local number just forwards to the toll-free one.

I received a call from some one saying this was Rx Pharmacy services..

they said I completed a survey saying I was experiencing pain, and they could arrange for an internet doctor to prescribe a prescription pain med over the phone for me

I told the rep a few things.... first, I did not complain or complete any survey about having pain..... second, I am a pharmacist, and I thought the procedure of trying to make prescription business where it is not needed is unethical

that a doctor prescribing a pain med without seeing the patient is a shoddy practice, putting the patients health at risk if a true condition was not treated properly, or masked with a pain cream.....

that it wastes my prescription benefit dollars,

lastly, I told the rep and the supervisor they should be ashamed of the work that they do........

I think the woman calling was trying to phish for information on my wife. She gave me this number 855-371-3933 as a callback. She kept stating she needed to verify some information for a prescription and needed my wife to verify the information. Since my wife has no current prescriptions, I kept asking questions and the woman wouldn't answer and claimed it was because of the HIPA laws. None of the questions I asked would have violated that law such as prescribing physician's name so she would know which doctor to contact.

Yes this is number that had called my mother and give her the toll free number I had right a report on also... and just to know she is 76 years old, she stated that a young lady called her and that the young lady told her all of her personal information, even up to her Doctors information and the number on her prescription card.... So she agreed to the answers and can you believe she didn't receive anything until 3 months afterwards and the so call creams where no better than the ones I buy at the local Walmart.... Upsets my soul to see , that they had the heart to betray my mother.... Now Ellen I can see that you would give out ur SSN to that young lady also, they could of got your information from anywhere and I know you just didn't receive those lotions easy, you had to wait a while isn't it....

No answer on phone. Contacted chiro office to see if they gave out info...they denied. Possibly same company as 239-243-9059?

If they have some insurance inane claim info that is not authorized, they could be at risk for HIPPA penalties of 10 yrs prison and $250,000 fine

Rec'd the same as others above, on two different patients. They are worded to allow the scammer to change the formulations based on what they can get the insurance to cover......with my signature, of course. There is also a checked box to supply vitamins and nostrums under "general wellness". I might consider giving them a signature for this patient if they were selling "compliance". In any event, it's time to send some complaints to FTC, State and Fed AGs, I'm trying to track down their location for proper local stimulation, and a nice complaint to the phone company for the harassment (I told them to go away the first time) might be salubrious.

I am getting almost daily calls from this company. Each time these people call I ask them to take my name and phone number off their list. The callers keep telling me that they are calling because they say that I suffer from pain. The calls have been coming for at least a month. I will start filing complaints as I receive these calls. When the person called today, I did tell them that because They are ignoring my request not to be called, that I would be reporting them.

Finally got a whistle to blast their eardrums. They called three times in 10 minutes tonight. Got blasted. They called me back and said "You're just being an a*s, and it's not working!" Caller called from a local number (763-307-6527) and said that an online survey had been filled out regarding my back pain. He presumably had medication that he was going to send to me free of charge. I have never filled out such a form, and have never even experienced back pain (I am young and in fairly decent health). He obviously had my phone number, as well as my first and last name. I didn't try to find out what other information he had about me.

When I probed for information, he said that he works for First Care Services in Fort Lauderdale FL and gave me this phone number which he said was the corporate office (855-371-3933).

I got a call today saying they knew I needed Pain cream from my insurance company. I asked what insurance company. She said she did not have that information, but I must have completed a form indicating I had pain. I called my medical insurance company and she said there is no way they got any information from them. The original caller told me to call 954-715-4503. Then, she said no, call 855-371-3933. After doing a reverse phone search, and a little internet digging....nothing matched. I called them back...now for some reason one number is out of service and the other goes to an automated voice mail telling you to leave a message for them to return your call then immediately says their voice mail is full and cannot accept any calls. Knew name, DOB, address, but not who insures us and I didn't ask any more questions. The room was very loud and I could hear people repeating information and ID numbers. She also said that the call had been triggered when my husband had filled out an online questionnaire or survey. Had a Vienna, VA number on Caller ID, 703-246-1579, but gave a callback number of 855-371-3933. Gave a website of expresslabservices.com, which does not exist. She promised me this was not a scam and urged me to take advantage of this free offer and to have the results sent straight to my doctor. I told her I would check it out with my insurance company and call back if I wanted the test.

Call from RX Pharmacy Services. "Dylan" stated that he was calling regarding the topical pain compound cream that was ok'ed on my doctor's behalf. My insurance was covering it. I told him that I haven't requested any medications and that I didn't know what he was talking about. I asked him what insurance company and he confirmed my insurance. Scary. Then he asked me "are you in pain?" I said that I would contact my doctor to ask about this. "Dylan" said that my doctor has already ok'ed this and that my insurance would tell me that it was covered. I asked for his name and number and he willingly gave it. I could have easily been duped as others could be. Looks like they have some scam going on here. Beware.
