Received calll from Education resource center, afetr 8 seconds of dead space the caller came online and was asked to identify themselves and the purpose of the call. At this point, caller disconnected without comment. Last call return with caller ID connected us "Corina" who would not allow caller to speak. When caller would try to speak, Corina would raise her voice to talk over caller while caller was talking and ignored that caller was still talking and would not respond to caller, and disconnected call. Additional last call return to contact supervisor was received by Irvin at 8:01 pm (EST) per his computer who stated " company policy is not to allow any persons to speak to supervisor", and would not provide company address, and disconnnected after stating the supervisor would call the caller when the supervisor was available. The recipiant caller waited and last call return telephone call connected caller to Domique at 8:31 pm (EST) who would not answer any questions regarding the previous calls and indicated that my calling thier office was harrassment and that if I did not stop, action would be taken, and disconnected the call. Calling once again at 8:56 pm (EST) connected caller to Shaniqk'ua who stated that Sheila would call when she had time. When asked if the supervisors name was Sheila, Dominique stated she did not state the name, and disconnected the call stating that my inquiries where "tieing up phone lines".
