OMG! The most annoying people on the face of this earth! I am so fed up with their calls. 2-3 times a day! They dont leave messages, they just keep calling! I finally answered and they asked if I spoke french, said no and they said someone would call me back that spoke english (they said this IN ENGLISH to me!!!) I told them NO! STOP CALLING and to take me off the list. The lady says (in english again) 'sorry i don't speak english, someone will rapel you'. Replied "NON! REPEL MOI PAS ENCORE!" she says, 'sorry i do no't understand' DAMNIT! NO CALL ME! HERASSMENT! I called my phone company and am willing to pay $4 more a mpnth to block their a** for good! ARGH!
Bored with BELL, I change provider.
They call me everyday from FIVE different ID Number...
I use a (panasonic) phone with a ''blocking number'' feature...
So, when they call, I chosse to ''save'' the number....
...but instead choosing a adress book, I choose ''BLOCK CALL''!!!!!
...Look if your phone device got that ''Call Blocking'' feature... or buy another one!!
I could see from the caller list on my phone that Bell Nordia was calling regularly when I was not home. One Friday night at 6, a call came through and when I realized it was Bell Nordia, I took the call. I did not let the person say a word. I told her to tell her supervisor that I was on the 'no call list' , to take my number out of their data bank and that if they called me one more time I would report them to the CRTC. When she tried to say something I told her I did not want to talk to her, repeated the same message and hung up. No calls from Bell Nordia since then.
I'm getting crazy with them too. Unfortunately, and since I have my residential landline phone with Bell, they have the right to call me. It is clearly stated in the National Do Not Call List Web Page. They cannot bug you except, I quote: "companies with whom an existing business commercial relationship with the consumer exists".
Well, I quit Bell as soon as tomorrow then. I'm so sick of this company's marketing strategy.
Bell Canada, Bell Nordia and Bell collection services have been harassing my 84 year old mother at all hours of the day, 11:00 PM,
She cancelled her Bell service as she was entering a senior's residence and Bell in it's (NOT so) brilliance submitted her # to their collection agency when her final bill was not tabulated. Their automated system called at unthinkable hours putting her into a frenzy. She has never been in arrears. I called Bell on several occasions and was cut off more times than I can remember. I finally contacted a supervisor ???? Kara who did nothing and unfortunately when I called Bell again and was cut off repeatedly again I had the misfortune of getting the same supervisor - Kara "the useless". I sent a cheque for what I was told was the final amount owing and not what was requested for future services that were cancelled. Well, guess what, they still wanted another $3.16. I mailed another cheque which they cashed and again sent another bill for $1.13 for unpaid interest. My mother mailed them a cheque this week. This has been ongoing since November 2012. Now Bell Nordia is calling!!!! How can I stop this harassment by BELL? We seem to be victims of technology.
This number calls 2-3 times per day to my home line. As many others have commented, when they ask if you speak Fr and you reply 'no' they say they will have someone else call you back (they say this in Eng.) I have had them on the line (numerous times) and I`ve asked to be removed from the calling list and they simply hang up (and continue to call daily.) I have phoned back the number and the option to leave a message is given, and I have asked them to remove me from the call list. This is harassment. I too will not spend 5$/mth to have their number blocked at my expense. This is so very unacceptable.
