This number calls our house 6 times a day in pairs of two(morning, afternoon and evening). I asked to have our number removed and asked to speak to a supervisor over 10 times. She finally said she would try to find one and hung up. I am so tired of these people calling!!
They left a message on my work phone asking me to call them back. I have closed all my accounts with Chase, who are awful in every way. They're probably trying to "win me back." I'll never call them back and will report them to security at my company if they call again.
Called saying they're from Chase. It's a scam. They r devious. Have called several times from different numbers. Foreign sounding heavy accent. They will scam if you give ANY INFO. CALL CHASE FROM BACK OF CARD. NEVER CALL BACK THE NUMBER THEY LEAVE. GOOGLE ALL NUMBERS.
This number is for Chase credit card dispute department. If you filed a dispute on a charge/transaction with your Chase credit card bank, they called you most likely to update you on the status of your dispute.
Like other cooments here, initially I thought this must be a scam, but I called Chase's 1800 number and asked them to verify this call. They did, and it is indeed a real Chase number. If in doubt, simply ignore the call and dial the Chase number listed on the back of your card.
I do not believe the message written by this person. Chase fraud would not call you and not leave a message and if you call back they would not ask you for your SS number if you do not have the account number on you. There is a list of security questions you have provided chase so they can ID you and make sure you are the actual person with the account.
