Caller name: Chase Card Services
They were calling our business because our client was a cardholder and she was told to change her number to ours for settlement of debt, she just gave out the wrong number. I called them back to remove my direct line.
Caller name: jp morgan chase
I have an account with chase and it is over due. They called on a Sunday! I thought it is against the law to call on a sunday, or at least against some policy or gov't bill. They called @ 11:30 am. on a sunday. I believe this to be morally wrong and a harassment. After all, I am paying my bill just not on time. I am unemployed, ill, and I have two kids, one is autistic. They call 7 days a week, and even after 9:00 pm. They start as early as 7:00 am and call every hour on the hour. I don't answer anymore: I let the answering machine take it. I have rights; we all have rights as American citizens, not to be harassed, to live in peace and tranquility. Please do something about this. Make it stop.
I received 47 phone calls from this number last week alone! Yes, fouty seven (47) phone calls during the course of ONE WEEK! Not one single message was left for me. I don't care if I owe you money, don't owe you money, or whether or not I've done business with you in the past before or not.. To call me 47 times in one week is harassment, especially when calls take place as early as 7am & as late as 10:30pm at night, including Sunday's. Wouldn't surprise me if they called me 10 more times on Christmas day. I've tried to answer the call a couple of times and noone ever said anything after I answered the phone, sounded like it was a computer generated call. It's my cell phone they keep calling me on. I've already contacted an attorney regarding this matter. Waiting to hear back. Hopefully there's something that the attorney can do.
i had been receiving this call a few times the last several days. Never answered but decided to call back. Automated voice sounds almost like the one Chase uses. Message that is said, "Thank you for returning our call. Please enter your 16 digit card number or 9 digit social security number." Yeah right! I hung up and called Chase bank # off the back of my card. They verified that it was NOT their number. It was most likely a phishing scam. She explained Chase bank calls with a 1-800 or 1-866 number.
Caller name: unavailable 807-426-9203
calls 10 or 12 times daily, called my work #. If they come across my caller ID as unavailable, then I will be unavailable as well. If it is Chase card services, they use an 800 #. I will be blocking. They never leave messages to call them back and call every hour. If I didn't answer the first 3 dozen times, then what makes them think I will answer them anytime!
Also comes up as unknown or +1 (847) 426-9203
East Dundee, ILNebraska or Illinois. This site was very helpful. Recently got ALL my credit cards stolen and I bank soley with chase. I blocked the number. Hadn't answered the call and then got a call from a unknown number. Put the number in google and hit this site. The psycho who stole my stuff went by the name England. Richard was his alleged name. Am still sorting through the b.s.
I work 3rd shift. I just woke up and saw 5 missed calls from this number. It's Mother's Day. What is so important that they needed to start calling me at 7am and have called 5 times before 4pm. This is utterly and completely uncalled for. They are lucky my ringer was off because if they had woke me up when i have to work tonight.....someone would have heard profanities.
The Best way to deal with Numbers that call without remorse.. Is
#1: Most Cell phones/carriers today have the option in phone /settings the option to Block this Caller. (sometimes to get the option you need to add as a contact then scroll all the way to the bottom).
#2: Search The Web for services that ask for your phone number to Call to sign up for survey's or free products( the best are p**n/fetish type websites) or similar style disgusting topics.
#3 Call them Back and give them the Number to your Local Police Department as the number that you can be contacted by.
#4: Play some nice slow Music after Answering the line and just set the phone so its right next to the Speaker .
#5 Or use your computer to search for types of voice Changers and Have a little fun with them when they actually do answer. or just Pay your bill so you wont keep getting these calls. The main reason this happens is that you owe a bill somewhere most likely froma Credit card company etc and how do they know that? easy they have access to the companies records ,they work there?,or you have been not so discrete online with your activities and have been compromised your Security and they have your personal info and want you to pay the bill so they can continue to steal your money and destroy your Credit lol.
Called back and answers as Chase card services, immediately asks for your acct # or SS #.....Pressed 0 for operator and they won't even identify why they are calling you....I asked where are you calling from and they told me they can't give out that info and couldn't even tell me which chase acct # they wanted -- I have more than one. Pissed off that Chase won't follow up or do anything about it.
Caller name: JP Morgan Chase Bank
This number continues to call the main office number at my office. Every time someone answers they just hang up. We check the call log on the phone and it is always from Chase. They never say anything they just hang up once we answer. It is very annoying that we are not even given the chance to speak to someone to tell them they have the wrong number. They call to our office several times a day 7 days a week. This is just more proof how horrible Chase Bank is. If you use them pull out your money and close your account and go somewhere your business actually means something.
They keep calling me on Sundays. One Sunday I decided to answer it, a man answered he did not give his name. He kept asking for my name, when I wouldn't give it to him he told me to take off all my cloths. He said that he could see me from my iPhone and if I didn't do it he would send the police to my house. I did not want to get arrested on Sunday so I did as he said. He told me to do other things, then I got scaird and ha gules.
