Caller name: Card Services

Claimed to be from "Visa and Mastercard" with authorization from Equifax to lower my cc rate. they called me from a local number and when I called back and asked for their website, they gave me ccrate911.com. That website claims to be a debt management company, but under their contact info, they have a fake UK address.

Peter Johnson X7860, Indian-like accent. Offering lower credit card rate. He claims they are losing business because customers are closing their Visa accounts due to banks are charging them high rates.

Said I had won an expensive prize from one of five possible. 1) 80" Samsung TV 2) front load Samsung washer and dryer 3) $200 AE gift card 4) a Holiday Inn vacation 5) a new car worth $25,000. All I had to do is come by their offices and scratch off a prize card. (Probably after a high pressure time share pitch) They said I filled out sweepstakes form at either Best Buy or Walmart. I never fill those out anywhere I think it's a robo dial call.
