Told me that this was a court ordered phone call and they were going to serve me with papers in regards to a payday
Loan in 2007, I told them I did not take that out and I was not employees where this woman Rebecca Davis said I was at that time, she yelled at me well you'll have a hard time proving that in court, and slammed the phone down, now when I call back, no one answers.

I received a call from this number which has an incoherent message about concerns and "complaints to rectify." The call then is interrupted by a robo-voice that yells out the phone number to call. At the end of the call, a mean and threatening sounding voice of a woman nearly screams, saying, "YOU HAVE NOW BEEN NOTIFIED!!!""

The caller used my daughter's cell phone for which she obtained a few months ago and asked for me. I never used my daughter's phone number for any reason because I have my own cell phone. What is even more disturbing is the tone of voice and the message, the robot (female) voice stated a "CV" number and then concluded, "You have been notified." and then that was the end of the call. It is so creepy.

Caller name: Would not Tell me

Caller type: Debt Collector

Left message that I was being sued and that I needed to contact them or I would be served at home or at work. I called back and the girl told me about the account and I told her I was already making payments on that and she requested for me to call the company back and request the account number and call them. I told her that if you are suing me then you should have the account number and if they were threaetning me with court etc they should have that information and she hung up on me. I called back and asked the company name and she hung up on me again.

This number is being used to solicit call backs by threatening a lawsuit. This is an invasion of privacy.

1st-They claim I have a warrant for my arrest and to notify them before they find me.
2nd-I call back to get to the bottom of this then Christy said no one is going to arrest me but I have a Civil Matter against me.
3rd-Christy did not want to provide further information unless I verify my social security number. I declined.
4th-I asked what State does this so-called Civil Matter stem from? She said Texas.
5th-I hung up. I've never been to Texas or know anyone who lives in Texas and have not conducted any business in Texas.

These people are no good and I hope something is done about it quickly!

Caller name: Rebecca Davis/Kristi - National Information Center

Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster

Received a call from 816-205-8676 stating that charges were being brought against my wife for payday loans she took out back in 2008 and never repaid.

Called several times, first time was able to get quite a bit of information without disclosing any, essentially they stated they needed a statement from my wife regarding the matter. Doing some research, saw this number being flagged for fraud, called second and 3rd time and notified them of this at which point I spoke with Rebecca Davis, who very quickly got contentious, essentially told them to serve the papers if they were legit.

Believe there is enough evidence though that this is a scam.
