Caller name: Robocaller / Unlawful Telemarketer / Schmuck Seeker / Scam Contractor

Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster

Still another unwanted call from this Los Angeles area VOIP number arrived today, almost a year since the last unwanted call in Sept. 2017. Once again, when the answering machine picked up, there was with dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.

This predator has been outed as a scam contractor (probably unlicensed). Whether it's air duct cleaning, home repairs, computer repairs, credit cards, vacation giveaways, fake charities, or the IRS, A SCAM IS A SCAM IS A SCAM!

Keeps calling , but leaves no message on machine. Obviously a telemarketer of some kind. Very annoying.

Asked for my husband by name. I asked who was calling and she asked if I was Mrs. [husband's last name]. I said yes, who was calling. She said "Katie" then said something about rhyming names and I asked her the name of her company. She said she could hardly hear me and would call back, then hung up and didn't call again. Thankfully.

Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster

Yet another unwanted call from this Los Angeles area VOIP number arrived today, just 2 weeks since the last unwanted call on Sept. 1. When the answering machine picked up, the caller responded with dead silence. This is the tactic of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who continuously troll the phone lines, desperately seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.

Posters report the caller is a scam contractor (probably unlicensed). Whether it's air duct cleaning, home repairs, computer repairs, credit cards, vacation giveaways, fake charities, or the IRS, A SCAM IS A SCAM IS A SCAM!

This is the tactic of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who troll the phone lines desperately seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.

There is some evidence the caller is a scam contractor (probably unlicensed). Whether it's air duct cleaning, home repairs, computer repairs, credit cards, vacation giveaways, fake charities, or the IRS, A SCAM IS A SCAM IS A SCAM!
