These people are relentless. They will try to tell you your computer has a virus or it has been hacked. They will try to get you to give you all of your personal information so they can steal your identity and rip you off. Don'tt fall for it. Do everything you can to block them and please keep reporting them on sites such as this one so no one else gets scammed.

Someone from this number calls my home 3,4 and sometimes 5 times a day. I am away much of the time and they are leaving incomplete messages. I have no idea who is calling or who this number belongs to. I dislike telemarketers and will not answer numbers I do not know.
I did call this number only to listen to a machine. How can we put a stop to calls like these?
They are annoying and at this time of year extremely so.
Please accept this message as a compliant from myself wanting this company and others of this sort to not bother me.
I pay for my phone for my use ............NOT THEIR'S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they have called me several times, one thing do not give them any access to your computer, do not provide any personal info.possibly reset your passwords if you can.bolster your computer with some good firewalls.report to the ftc, possibly use vpn to websurf so that they can't monitor your ip address.if you need some good IT service use legitimate services geeksquad or their competitors or your local comp store.they will leave you alone if you have your guard up.

They call between 4 and 10 times a day. I just pick up the phone then hang up right away. It really is annoying. The one time I did speak to someone they had an Indian accent and wanted to help me with my computer. I told the guy to go and f**k himself and to stop calling. They continue to call and disturb my calm... those b******s!

800 843 5103 Answers to Online Support, then confirmed my name and address. I am not sure how they had those details. They informed me that I purchased a 2 year program for $200 for home computer network. They disconnected 2 times when I pressed for more information. The last person informed me the company name was Gotoinfoteck, or something similar.

It's a recording the first part is cut of all you can hear is something about a security breach. They give you the number to call back. They have called everyday for over a week now.

Caller name: They don't give a name

I believe it's a scam, but I haveno proof. They have called using a recording several times a day for several weeks saying they installed software omn my computer last year and have found a breech. This did not happen and I have told them to never call again. I am on the no-call list. They also know my name, address and, of course, phone number. Ny next step is to block then!

Caller name: 800 Service

These people are relentless. In a day and a half they called 22 times. Sometimes every 2 minutes. It appears to be automatic calling with a recorded message. Just today I got hold of a person and screamed at him to take me off their list because this is harassment. I briefly left and when I returned home there was another 4 calls! Very frustrating and very annoying. I believe they're the same group that used to call me a few years ago. I had AT&T at the time and knew how to block them. That's the only thing that stopped them. Now I have RCN so my next step is to find out how to block them with RCN.

Caller name: Citrix?

They have been calling non-stop. I'm trying to put a block on the number. This is the worst I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE with harassing calls, presumably to fix my pc,--they're unrelenting--and I'd like to see them in jail.

They claim I bought software and now they see a problem with it.....couldn't be farther from the truth, I have a computer service i have used for about 4 years and they take care of all my software installs and updates.

ONE MORE PHONE CALL FROM THESE CLOWNS AND i GO TO THE FBI......
