I asked what the call was about and the lady was very rude. She asked if my name and the year of my birth. I told her I wasn't releasing any info without clarification of who she was and what she wanted. She said she wouldn't release any info. I have a letter. I haven't ever received a letter from this company. I asked her to remove me from her call list. She said she couldn't. O DO NOT want another call from this company.

The man I spoke with was trying to collect a hospital debt and was I had explained to him that I was able to pay the debt by the end of next month. The man was EXTREMELY rude and hung up the phone. I called back and spoke with a supervisor that was also very rude and unhelpful. I have blocked the number and contacted my attorney.

They have called me a total of 19 times in less than a week calling me a liar when i tell them im not the person they are calling etc. They said they took number out of their system lie calls are continuing what can i do to stop being harrassed.

Always leave a half a message which doesn't involve a name and cuts off part of the number to call them back at , I'm not calling them back if I don't know who they are or why ...the only reason I know who it was is because of our caller id

Seems I heard that if you tel some SOB Bill Colletor or some other Jerk to NOT CALl, there is a FTC Rule That they can be cited with.........Got a call from Paragon and wanted to confirm my DOB........ask who the h**l they were and they wouldn't tell me unless I confirmed my DOB. They wanted to argue and I HUNG UP IN THEIR EAR.........However I DON'T OWE ANYBODY ANYTHING _ EVER - so wait till they call again......FTC WILL GET THE CASE.

After 2 previous calls from them and advising them not to call my number again they once again called me at 8:14 AM on Monday Jan 9th 2017. This woman had some set of balls on her to be calling before 9 AM. I have worked at call centers and know the laws of what times they can call. They also sent me a letter in the mail with no return address on it and when you look through the window it is printed on paper that looks more like a check. This company is very persistent. I am surprised they haven't sent someone to my home to knock on my door.

I kept asking who this was, so she hung up the phone. My name is so generic that, there is literally eight in the local on one book. Super annoying

This 1-800-560-6169 number keeps calling me. I didn't answer the first time, because I figured it was a telemarketer. They left a voicemail stating they are looking for a Chrissy/Christy Myers (mssg not very clear). Then, they say to call 1-800-560-7994 if you are NOT that person. To state who the mssg was for, the # that was called, the date and time it was called, that they would remove your number from their records. They have called 4-5 times in the last 5-6 days. I've called 3-4 times to let them know that I'm NOT Chrissy/Christy Myers and that I've never heard of them. Yet they keep calling and keep calling. This is so annoying! I have no clue who Chrissy/Christy Myers is. It would be awesome if these people would actually do what they claim and update their records!

i hv clld the # they leave to cll if i am not the person they are looking for and they still keep clling leaving messages on my home phone for someone else. i hv returned their clls several time and this is getting out of hand. If you block the # then they cll from another one. What can be done abt this?

Call me on my cell phone and asked t speak with another person who I told them was my mother. She then asked that I have her call the number which showed up on my phone I asked her what was the name of the business and she told me Paragon Revenue Group and when I asked her what was the nature of the call she told me if my mother gave them permission for them to discuss the matter with me they would; otherwise have my mother to call the number on my phone. First of all I don't know how these people got my cell phone number when my mother can't remember the number to call my herself and when did I become a transmitter of messages?

I get the same call over and over asking for "Mike". I don't know Mike and explained to them that I just got this new number with my new phone. They called a few times more and I didn't answer, then it hit me to block them. lol I hope it works unless they have multiple phone numbers to the same place. I'll just have to block each and everyone. If you don't recognize the number, don't answer it. Especially if it's an 800 number.

These people call my cell phone several times a day and ask for Mike, my name is Amy and I'm clearly not a male! They continue to call after I've repeatedly told them I am not Mike, it's getting ridiculous. I am tired of being harassed by people I do not owe money too! These collection agencies should not be allowed to carry on like a bunch of prank calling teenagers. Sick and tired of dealing with these people.
