received same letter today from Mark Tyler, settlement official ,agent # 46211. Urgent in red to call phone # 1-800-480-3675 Thanks to this site for the warning.

Same letter and reference #. Letter sent to my aged mom. They wanted $30 to hold a seat at a seminar to get out of timeshare dues. Hard selling techniques. Very insistent. Another scam. He said that there was only one seat left in a seminar in my area. Tossed out the letter and reminded my mom that junk mail should be shredded with all the other unwanted advertisements!

Rec'd same notice as mentioned in all the above complaints. Did not and will not call. Very happy with our timeshare(s). However, it is very deceiving and potentially financially drastic to the unaware. Hoping they can be prosecuted!

I received the same letter from Mark Tyler in regards to our time-share being misrepresented. Before I checked here, I called the number and got connected to a live person who wanted to schedule an appointment to come to our house for a $30 fee. I thought it was a scam and gave them no information. Now, they have our number! ?

Received a mailing from "Consumer ProtectionUS" RE timeshare ownership which may have been misrepresented and to call Mark Tyler, Settlement Official, Agent No. 46211 at 1-800-480-3675 by 8/2/18 9PM. The cryptic message led me to check and apparently this entity has been making calls and sending mailing all over the county to make contact for their scam.

The timeshare maintenance misrepresentation scam is back. Do we still have an agency in this country that tracks down and prosecutes these bums? They're using the US postal service to scam and defraud people who don't have or have never had a timeshare. Isn't that a Federal offense?

I received a notice in the mail from "Mark Tyler" that the benefits of my timeshare may have been misrepresented and i should call 1-800-480-3675 and give them the "Qualifying Code Number" on the letter. I did call them just to see what they would say. As soon as I started asking lots of questions it was apparent they were full of c**p and it was just another scam. If you get a letter from Mark Tyler about your time share (which unfortunatley I found out is public knowledge), just shred it.

My parents had a timeshare long ago, probably in the 80's. My mother, before she passed, got calls to sell. I received this in the mail (my parents last name, but my address) with the message that we may qualify for abatement of rising maintenance fees and that it is imperative that we call on or before 3/27/2019.
