Caller name: "Bell Mobility"
I just got a call from 1-800-361-2613, and I never pick up unknown calls, so I left it to go to voicemail. The voicemail is an automated recording, as follows:
"Hello, this is a very important call from Bell Mobility for "the account holder" regarding your wireless account. It is important that we speak to you ASAP. Should you need our address, it is 5099 Creek Bank Rd, Mississauga, Ontario. Just speak to a representative. Please call us at 1-800-361-2613 ASAP. Thank you for choosing Bell Mobility. Goodbye."
I am not even a Bell customer, and have NEVER had ANY dealings with Bell. This is clearly some sort of scam or mistake, but the whole call just seemed fishy, as I've never had any dealings with Bell before, in my life. I don't even know why they would have my number, unless it's a random dial thing and this is a scam. This is the first time I've gotten this strange call, hopefully the last.

Called from India and asked for the person who pays the bill. It is not behind in payment. Teenager was told it was Bell Mobility and to have parent call back #777. I called Bell today and they HAVE NO RECORD of Bell Mobility calling us. It was confirmed with Bell that we are in good standing but has me bothered what information this person from India got out of our teenager. Thank goodness the teen cant access our bank account.

I also recieved this call, I am with aliant and I just phoned them to let them know about this scam, they said they have received numerous complaints concerning this number and they are looking into it, hopefully they will do something about it.

When I looked up the number I found out it was Bell Mobility, again. These b******s call me every single month about my bill, which is NEVER over due. And most times they call I have paid the bill, they just haven't received it as of date their calling me. But it's ALWAYS paid before due date. So d**n sick of them hounding me!!! Bout ready to tell Bell to shove their business up their Arse and go find another provider for my phone, cable and internet services.. Bell is just being a big pain in my a*s.....Why are these a******s allowed to harass us constantly?????????????????

This number called me 5 times today, which made me exceptionally angry, as I don't have that kind of time on my hands. I finally phoned bac k to figure out what the problem was, they say it was "Bell Mobility" some woman named "Hasmag" with a very thick accent attempted to help me. She seemed surprised that I had been able to reach her, but not as surprised as I was angry. Yes I have a Bell cell phone, but it is the secondary number on the account, and I do not pay the bills. Due to hard times in my life, a family member is taking care of that for me. After trying to explain this to her 3 times, although quite tersley, I was informed that "I have put a note on your account and if you do not have your MOMMY call me, in 48 hours both accounts will be suspended." And than she hung up. I have never had this kind of problem with Bell before, so I do not believe this is bell, what concerns me is how much information they seemed to have about my account. I am fairly certain that I am in for a world of trouble when it comes to them. if you are with Bell, make sure you call the number on your statements, and not this line.

Just got a call from this number and the man speaking was very hard to understand. He was speaking half french/half english very quietly. Could not make out anything he said except for "bonjour" and "cellphone" Asked to be taken off the call list and he said no, with an explanation I did not understand.
I first got a call from this number (800.361.2613) about two weeks ago, mid-afternoon I think, but didn't pick up as I don't answer calls from unknown numbers. I figured if it was anything important they would leave a message and I could get back to them. No message was left. The next day they called again right at 9am. Again, I didn't answer. That same day they called again around 11am, 2pm, 3pm, 5:30pm and 7pm. I didn't answer any of them thinking it was just some telemarketer harrassing me.
This behaviour from this number continued EVERY SINGLE DAY for a week and a half. EVERY SINGLE F-ing DAY they called AT LEAST 5-6 times!!! And they never left a message. Seems to me like if they so desperately needed to get ahold of me that they caused my phone to ring uncontrollably every day for 10-12 days that they would have left a message. Definitely unprofessional, incredibly annoying, pretty d**n suspicious and just plain, blatant harassment. UNACCEPTABLE.
The calls stopped about 3-4 days ago. Just plain stopped. I haven't done anything different, haven't talked to anyone, paid anything. Seems very fishy to me and I'm planning on calling Bell to see if it was them, as I AM a Bell Mobility customer. If it is, I will be causing h**l. And reporting them to the BBB. Whoever is behind this number needs to read these complaints and stop the harassment NOW. Because that's what it is, harassment.
This person had my name, and said that I owed over $2,000.00 in cell phone charges. When I asked to speak to a customer service rep, they transfered me to a Rodgers customer service rep. I am with Bell Mobility and have NEVER had a Rodgers account. That was confirmed when the Rodgers reps couldn't find any record of me in their system. If this somehow messes with my credit, I'm gonna LOSE IT!
Bell gave me the option to pay for paper billing. For some reason they think they can text and call me a will. More then often its for payment on a bill that hasnt even made it to my mailbox yet!
Each time they call I stop them and ask the following:
1) Does my cell take batteries?
They say yes
2) if you were buying a cell in a department store which department would you find it in?
They say electronics
3) is this a billing issue?
They say yes
Then I point out based on their ansewers that this is a form of electronic comunication. I then tell them to READ my contract, I PAY for paper billing! So write a letter, send a post due statement!
This usually screws them right up!

I no longer answer this number. The message is always the same: "past due", although the payments have always been made. This is not a pleasant company to deal with. I was with Rogers before, and never got this sort of harassment.
I only listen to the the first part of the message until it says "An Agent will be with you shortly". Then I hang up. I have NEVER had an account with them for tv nor telephone. I get 2 to 3 calls a day. This is RIDICULOUS that this has been going on so long without them being charged. How do we charge them for soliciting harassment?

I had this number call me at 9pm. I did not answer as the caller I.D. was "United States" since I am in Canada and do not know anyone from this number I did not answer. No message was left. I am with Bell and my account is in perfect standing but after reading all the comments about relentless harassment I added the number to the "reject list" option on my cell. I appreciate this site and am happy I found some info on the caller. Thanks
