Caller name: Ashley - 800-210-9011 ext 6196

Caller type: Unknown

She called and spoke to my office manager and was told that we are not interested in the "rebate" program. Ashley insisted on speaking with me and she refused to allow her, thanked her for her call and hung up.
She called right back and continued to harass! She was put into my voice mail. I listened to her message where she promised me a review of my account, without saying what account, and then informing me of 25% rebate. Rebate of what?
So I googled the numberand lo and behold I was led to this site. Hmmm.

Rude woman keeps calling our business, we keep telling her the owner is not available. Gets real nasty on the phone claims to be calling about our utility bill, says it's from APNG company. The number she left is 800-210-9011 ext 1454, our caller ID showed the # the call was coming from as 914-406-7030. This has been ongoing for months, it interrupts our switchboard from more important calls getting through. We have asked them several times to have our # removed but then they call us 2 or 3 times per hour. Was threatened they will call back speak to my boss and have me fired. But he's aware of the problem so if calls complaining about any of our employees he knows where it's coming from. We have no idea who to go to , where to call with this problem that's disrupting our business.

Caller name: 800-210-9011 ext 4847 Claire AP&G

Caller type: Telemarketer

Repeatedly calls our business saying we enrolled for a program with them, we did not and we have asked them to stop calling multiple times. We tried to explain that we have not signed up for their services and we do not want what they are selling but they refuse to listen and speak over us and even attempt to argue with us to reach the owner, who refuses to speak to them. We have had multiple people from this company call us and each one was extremely rude. They tried to tell us that if we look at our Duquesne Light bill they are mentioned on there and we have a rebate. I even called Duquesne Light and gave them the information and they said to refuse to speak to these people they are a scam. The callers from this number have now somehow obtained the owner's cell phone number, so they say. They will keep calling every couple of months and again try to get to the owner without saying who they are or who they work for. All they will say is APG and refuse to describe the business or give any other information other than "they need to speak to the owner". The last person I spoke to was Claire and she gave me the phone number of 1-800-210-9011 ext: 4847 for him to call back. Not going to happen.

Received call from a Robin at AP&G asking to speak to 'the building manager,' and that apparently she had been trying to reach him for several days now. Left a call-back number of 800-210-9011 ext 1527, local number showed up as 216-531-7595. Also attempted to get info on other business locations, which any legit contractor would already have.

Wouldn't take no for an answer and I wanted to double check with Accounting to make sure we were in fact actually "already enrolled" in their program as this young lady claimed. The answer from my people was "no, we have nothing to do with that". I attempted to call this Reshanda at ext, 1551 back to let her know how harassing and deceptive her calls have been, but there was "no such extension"...how on earth does she expect anyone to call her back on this matter she claimed was urgent? I can't wait till she calls again. She or her co-workers are really gonna get it...and I can't be fired or reprimanded, especially regarding THIS which is clearly BS and designed to waste our office time.

The first call this morning was from 440-219-0172 and a man with a foreign accent basically demanded i give him some code off of our AEP bill...we don't even have AEP for our electric company. I told him he should have the info and to just forward this so-called rebate check. Of course that wasn't good enough, he HAD TO HAVE this code from my bill...looooong story short, I hung up on him. HE CALLED ME RIGHT BACK!. So, I hung up on him again then decided to call HIM. Some female answered and when I told her he was asking about our AEP bill, she just brushed it off and said that he meant Ohio Edison...that he "mis-spoke" or I misunderstood him. Yeah, right! Anyway, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS....Someone needs to shut them down, how do they continue to get away with this stuff????

Very rude. Called our business and asked to speak to me (manager) and refused to leave a message when told I was unavailable to speak - said he would just hold. I got on the phone with him and he said his name was James and was calling from APG in re: to our PECO bill. He said he has been trying to get a hold of us for a while now because of a note on our PECO energy bill. I asked why then wouldn't PECO reach out to us? He said PECO doesn't make these calls. Yeah, a likely story - why wouldn't a company call THEIR customer if it pertained to THEIR bill? I even asked for him to leave his information so we could get back to him if it was a legit call and he kept saying he would just call back. Scammer. Don't give them any of your information.

He kept getting "forceful" with his voice and I said I'd be more than happy to leave a message, which he eventually did.

He said he was from AP & G company and "needed" to speak to the owner/principle about an alert on our utility bill. I know for a fact that our utility bills are paid up so WTH?

The number he (Derion) left was 800-210-9011 ext 1925, but our caller ID showed the # the call was coming from a 609-589-0564. This has been ongoing for months and they keep calling even though we ask them to stop and that we're not interested.

I agree with others, how do we put an end to these? My list #'s which we no longer answer cause they're not legitimate is getting outrageous and we are on the do not call list.
