The person calling has a foreign accent, calls three and four times a day including evenings, seven days a week, every week. I have very politely asked this person not to call but my request is always ignored. When the call comes in and the TV is on, the call will show up on the TV screen as Infinity. The phone caller ID always shows up as 800 102-1100. If you call that number back it says it is not a working number. Why can't something be done to stop these pests!

The person calling has a foreign accent. Says that my system was being hacked by someone, a Russian, in Ohio. Once these people have your number, good luck getting rid of them. Fortunately, my landline can block the number now, but they call 1-3 times per day.

Foreign guy who I could barely understand told me the computer network I was using was not secure or something along those lines.
I told him he was a fraud and I would be reporting this number and have a nice day.

Stated they were calling from Microsoft Technical support. They said it was a routine call, completely free, that i would just need to follow the steps he would dictate to me so we could run a check on the computer. I am not a very computer knowledgeable person but i do know that once the command pop up comes up i could type in and give him access to our files if he wanted. I placed him on hold, asked if i could call him back and he refused insisted on continuing with the issuing commands, i told him i had a lot of patients right now and if they could just send a tech to personally come do the inspection. He said thank you for your time and hung up.

Got a recorded call saying I had a suspicious charge in my I tunes account of $500.00. If I recognized it, then ignore the call but if not, press 1 to be connected to Apple Support or call another 800 number that I did not write down.
I pressed one and a man with a foreign accent asked why I had called. I told him and he asked for my Apple ID and passwaord. Told him I suspected he was a scammer, refused and hung up. Then, googled his number and I was right! Scam!
I just received a voice mail saying they are from Microsoft and my IP address was used by a foreign person and that I should contact Microsoft IT at 888-685-3650 if I did not authorize this.
