a "michael smith" called asking me how me how much i had in debt.. so i decided to play his game and told him i had $10k on my mastercard from boa at 35%. he led me to believe i can get lower interest and pay off the principle.. then asked for the 1800# on the back of my creditcard.. at that point i screamed into the phone and hung up.. though i wish i stayed on to see if he were to ask for my ss# and/or acct# so i could see how long i could waste his time haha

I received a call while sleeping today. I enjoy my sleep and when i received this call noone was there. When i called the number back a recording said '' number disconnected'' !!!! All you have to do is block this number....
Auto call from card services, wanting to reduce my interest rate. I get this call 3-4 times a week, for about 6 months now. About once a week, I wait until someone gets on the phone. I then inform them they need to stop calling and to remove my number from their list. They hang up on me EVERY SINGLE TIME. EVERY TIME!!! What the &%#@* to I need to do to get this to stop????
don"t pick up,when the call ends put them in your contact list with their name (douche bag is what i use),the next time they call you will see this aned ignore it. --Or pick up and get some one on the phone and then blow an air horn or other device into the phone..

I've been indundated with calls to my mobile phone, and I finally decided to talk to a customer service representative a few days ago. I explained that I was registered on the do not call list, and that the calls needed to stop. The man hung up on me before I had my say, and I received another call today. I asked to speak to a manager, and again, I was cut off before I could register another complaint. How do I make this stop?

I get the same calls. The call was from "card-services" If you google the phone number, there are a number of entries out there for the same type of call. The call presents an opportunity to "reduce your interest rates". They ask for a bunch of personal info promissing to reduce the rate, then request a specific CC number to reference your account when they negotiate with a card company. I provided them a fake number. I assume they tried to buy something over the internet. They said the card wasn't valid. They tried to run the card again and then hung up.
The only thing you can do is waste their time as much as you can.
However, I did call the number back and got an auto response stating the number was from Magic Jack. Currently, providing MJ the information for them to shut the device down and turn off the phone number. MJ said the phone number was registered to a "Roger". I get them on my land line all the time. I block them as they come in, but the numbers keep changing and the call block gets filled up quickly. Now they are calling my cell phone as well. I have a whistle that I blow into the phone after I press 1.....I know this probably is mean to do to someone, but I am sick and tied of these calls......if they keep bothering me, then they have to deal with my very ,loud whistle.

This number called me, but I did not answer it. It looks though, as if this number is a scam, judging from what I read here. I tried calling this number BACK, it claims it's a "Magic Jack" number (Magic Jack recording comes on, then asks for a account #), then my Verizon Wireless cuts in and claims it's been disconnected.
I called Magic Jack customer("billing") service (561-594-9925) and they claim they can't help me get to the bottom of this, yet they confirm that this number IS INDEED a Majic Jack account #.
What a bunch of c**p. I'll NEVER order their products because of this.

Good ole "Rachel from Card Services". She and, and her evil associates, call at least daily. For years now. The calls cannot be stopped. Racing upstairs to grab the phone only infuriates me. It does nothing for her. Lately I've given up answering the phone at all. Many of the Rachel calls don't trigger voice mail. My friends and family know to call, hang up, then call again to actually reach me.
How is it that these people are allowed to ruin the reasonable use of my telephone?

I have been called by this and (2) other numbers by the AUTO caller that Identifies themself as Card Holder Services. I have clicked on #1 and talked to a person several times and they were VERY RUDE after I asked them not to call. I am on a "NO CALL LIST". This has happened on the rate of 4 to 5 time per week. It is now HARRASSMENT which is criminal and I am about to file charges with the CCC , State Police and FBI.

i am ready to call a lawyer and file a class action suit againt this company. any1 with me? they always hang up on me when i ask to b taken off their call list since i have been on a DO NOT CALL LIST for years now but they disregard and still continue to call on a daily to weekly basis. i do not like litigious lawsuits or lawyers for that matter but since the government isnt monitoring the website for phone #'s being called when on the do not call list, the next best thing 2 get ur message across is a class action suit. i dont care about the money...i would donate it....its the dang principle. these companies have access to the do not call list #'s but chose to ignore them and need to b taught a financial lesson!!!

This has got to stop!! I get call about once a month then I add the number on my call blocker which last for 3 to 6 week then they switch to a new number.
The federal government should allow the citizen should be able to get the the call detail record with out getting a court order.
Then we could sue the FRAUDS and help the Law enforcement to put them in jail.
