Keeps calling my cell phone. When asked who it is, they don't say a word. They refuse to speak or say anything and I know is an actual person, because all I can and do hear is BREATHING! When I called back this number, they just answer but don't even say hello! They just breathe slightly hard in your ear! So strange.

Man that called me was very very rude and refused to identify himself. I asked his name and where he was calling from and he told me not to worry about it, asked me who I was and he hung up. This number has called me many times and I have asked them to stop calling and they dont. Why wouldnt he identify himself???
