rcvd call 3/10/2012 @ 12:40am from this spoofed tel num 613-163-9390 -- no one on line, after few seconds recorded female voice said "good-bye" .... after internet search I believe this call came from same telemarketer who called earlier (3/9/2012 @ 7:10pm 714-729-1810) which is identified as Pacific Coast Home Solutions on Spokeo ...on that call a man asked for husband by name, when I said he isn't available he proceeded to try sell home improvements to me...I told him had no $ to spend for anything and hung-up ... both of these tel numbers have numerous complaints on all kinds of sites...see this one as example...... http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/pacific-home-remodeling-california-c191087.html......Pacific Coast Home Solutions has a website with tel num 888-347-7247, perhaps they would like to receive continuous hang-up calls from blocked tel numbers...maybe complaints to bbb as well as to California Contractors Board would help them out

They ripped off my parents by selling them a $25,000 bathtub. Yes I said bathtub.

They said it was top.of the line. Simple plastic white tub with a door.

They are ripping off our parents by targeting seniors.

Shut them down!

Got a text like others, also wondering how they got my number?

Response to William S
William....your post is vague at best.
Please contact me with any details regarding your statement that we take advantage of the elderly.
Why do you say we are a scam?
Maybe you have not seen the requirements to be an APPROVED CONTRACTOR with the League of California Homeowners. Go to their website and look at the list of qualifications you must pass on an ANNUAL basis to be part of the referral program from So Cal Gas.
These kind of baseless statements lead me to believe that once again this is a competitor trying to harm our sterling reputation.

I have posted my contact info all over this page so I wont post it again here. But look at YOUTUBE and listen to our customers. Go to FACEBOOK and read the letters they wrote.

Also and I hate to say it but would you believe there are websites that "rate" businesses that have postings supposedly from consumers...they contact the business in question and offer to remove negative postings for 5-10 thousand dollars. We will respond to any negative postings but refuse to pay "hush money" to websites that blackmail businesses for money.

Amazingly I will say for the record that not one email has ever been sent to me in response to any of my responses here. So are they real? Well if they are...then we will do whatever is in the customers best interest to resolve the situation. If they are fake, well, all I can do is respond like I'm doing here.

These people don't give up. I've had as many as four calls a day that I let go to the answering machine. They never leave a message.

We receive robocalls from this phone number constantly. The DNC list is ineffective because it needs to be renewed every 90 days, and companies ignore it anyway because the chance of being caught calling a DNC number is slim. It seems the best thing to do is screen all calls via CallerID and don't answer any calls from callers you don't know. Of course, you may miss some calls that you want; but just call them back.

I constantly see this number on my caller id. All of my telephone numbers are on the national Do Not Call List. Obviously, these people do not believe in using the Do Not Call List. I have asked in the past that they no longer call. They ignore that!! Usually because they rudely hang up before I can finish the request.
Every time they call, I report the call to the Do Not Call List as a violator. I also audibly abuse the caller - Notice that I did NOT say I verbally abuse the caller. There is a difference between audibly abusing and verbally abusing - I don't say a word.

An idiot from this company called me up and tried to sell me energy saving equipment and I hung up on him because I am on a Do Not Call List.

He called me back a few seconds later talking about my address. I told him that every time he calls me he owes me $50 according to the law so he was up to $100 and I asked if he wanted to make it $150. He was a complete a*s.

Why would I bought anything over the phone. from a jerk.

They are really wasting thier stupid time calling me as I am barely surviving financially as it is.

REPORT THEM TO THE DO NOT CALL LIST DoNotCall.gov

I have called spoken to the DNC people, as I spend a LOT of time reporting these. They assured me that they look into all complaints, even if the number that came up on your caller ID is spoofed. They're the Government, they have ways of finding out info. :)

But seriously, when these people are caught, the fine is upwards of $10,000 per verified complaint.

In the past I have agreed to let a "contractor" come out, only to get the callback number of the supervisor. Sometimes now, the craftier companies call back from a spoofed or blocked number. I make the appointment and then say, "if I have any problems, what number can I call you back at". When they give me that number, I then call it back to let them know I don't do business with people who are dishonest, to cancel my appointment and to take me off of their list. I also inform them that they have and will be reported to the Do Not Call list. Once, they called back number was fake and a contractor showed up to have a video camera shoved in his face and me follow him to his car writing down his license plate and video further. I believe in this case they had stolen the identity of a contractor i.e was using his contractor license number (something I also ask for when I make the appointment) without his/her knowledge.

A few telemarketers don't get it and continue to call, although I have been getting A LOT fewer calls now. I have not been contacted to participate in any lawsuits by the FTC.

Caller name: Julie of Pacific Coast Home Solutions

Received a phone call to my home, unlisted, DNC listed phone number at 7:49 PM. Julie announced she was calling about home improvements. I asked for her phone number so I could call her back. She said she didn't know the phone number. I said that was odd. Julie said, "yes that is odd." The she said to somebody "what is a phone number he could call?" and then she hung up. This was the 2nd late evening phone call from "Pacific Coast Solutions" in the last 30 days.

John Aden - thank you for posting your address and contact info. The Orange County Register has a nice article on suing telemarketers who violate the DNC. I bought the book "How to Sue A Telemarketer" on Amazon so you'll be seeing my process server shortly.

Anybody but an idiot knows that if you post your personal info on the Internet you'll subject yourself to thousands more telemarketing calls. BBB shows you've had 40 complaints in the last 3 years!! Contractor's License # 742935 lists Casey John Simon as its president.

Anybody have his home ph# ?
