Recording says they can reduce my credit card interest, I hit 1 and asked a man with an accent to take my name off the call list and he got very angry because I "lied" about being interested in credit card offer. I told him I was going to report him which unleashed a barrage of quasi-religiously based predictions about me that included going to h**l and having s*x with the devil. He hung up when I said he was, "sick".

Similar to previous complaints on here, they keep calling and refuse to take me off their list. It starts with a recording. The last time they called I repeated to take me off their list and she rudely told me, "Did you hear me, this is not a local number that you called!" Of course she had a heavy accent.

If you have a smartphone, get yourself an app that blocks specific numbers. If the call is coming to your home phone and your home phone provider doesn't offer a way to block calls, then do what I do: Forward that number to your cell phone and block it from there.

I have received soooo many of these calls over time. I have pressed 3 to be removed from the list. I've asked to speak to a supervisor, and I've been told they would reduce my credit card rates. When asked which card, I did not get an answer. This statement is a short summary of the calls and my actions over time. I especially hate the one that says, "This your last chance." I just don't answer any more, but I DO wish they wouldn't call at all!

I noticed on my caller ID 5 times today they called w/o leaving a message. I have blocked the UP TO 5 numbers Verizon allows- every 90 days- it seems all calls are generated from same company just using different numbers.

I have told them I no longer have credit cards
I have asked them not to call
FINALLY I played their game said sure I will lower my interest hang on let me get all my cards- I kept them on hold 20 min. got back to the phone and said I hope I wasted your time as you wasted mine!

Received a call from the number 714-551-6873. They said to lower the interest rates on my credit cards. Well I don't use credit cards. Seems like a lot of people get these calls. Just a bit of information for anyone out there. Not a sales gimmick, just some information that you all might like. I purchased from Amazon a device called T-Lock pro. you hook it up to your phone and you can block up to 1500 phone numbers. Most phones can only block up to 20 numbers. When these people call, you add them to the Black List. The next time they call, your phone rings once and then they are disconnected. I love it. So check it out if you are tired of these annoying calls that don't follow the Do Not Call List.

tired of this annoying call everyday, so I finally pressed 1 so I could tell them to put me on DNC. Recording told me caller number 7, then caller number 3, then a female rep got on the phone. I asked her name of company. She rudely told me same name that appears on caller ID, I asked her for what cards she told me VISA, MC, & AMEX, when I asked her for what bank she sighed as if I was annoying her, and told me NO BANK, what??? I asked for a Supervisor, she told me she didn't feel like it, I asked again and she said NO, When I asked for Corporate number she gave me mine number with of course 800 in front of it. When I informed her I work in the marketing industry and this is unacceptable, she proceed to curse at me and hung up...Infuriating is all I can say!!!

I am not sure what this company is, but I'm going to find out somehow. I have been getting the same calls from 714-551-6873. I have tried to yell into the phone to tell them to stop calling, (sometimes that does work I've done it already). I am pretty angry that if you call the number back, you get a recording stating that the number is not in service. I don't have a credit card either. It is really aggravating to get these calls and not be able to call them back again. If they won't put one on the do not call list isn't that breaking the law? I left my name because I am not afraid of these call and maybe a petition can be filed to put them out of business or put them in jail. This is ridiculous!

I have made a copy of this message and the website name for future reference.

These people call my number almost every single day since I moved into a new apt and got a new home phone and it is always listed as a V############## on my caller ID. It's just a recording every time telling me that this is my "last warning", "final warning" etc. about getting lower interest rates or something. There have been other numbers used too but it's always the same recording. I wish they would stop

There is a little device you can buy for about 99 bucks to connect to your phone- You can block any calls- area codes, numbers you enter, calls with no names, ANY NUMBER or sets of numbers. I bought two of these in case they quit making them. I get no calls but the ones I allow and the phone doesn't even ring on blocked calls and the phone hangs up on them. There are a few out there- mine is a "Digitone" call blocker. Love it and I have peace again.

Received a call from this number at about 5:00 PM Eastern Time today, Sep 3, 2013.

Caller calls regularly about every two to three weeks with a robot announcement "this is your second and final notice; to lower your credit card interest rate, press 1." I have repeatedly requested they take my name off their list (I don't even own a credit card) by pressing a number on the phone keypad.

Today, I decided to speak to a representative; a woman answered the phone. I told her to remove my number, that I don't even own a credit card. She instantly took issue with "my tone of voice" and screamed "you will not tell me what to do!" and hung up.

I have politely put up with this nuisance now for more than six months. Today'd rude treatment by the company representative prompts me to file this complaint.

I have asked repeatedly that these people take my name off of their call list. I have informed them that I am on the National Do Not Call List, to which they replied, "That doesn't apply to us because we got your number from a legitimate source as someone who may be interested in our services." I have been cussed out and hung up on by men and women alike and I am fed up with these scam artists. I have tried to turn them in, but the government won't do anything about it until a "significant" amount of people have been scammed by them. WTH?

Even though she is on the do not call and has asked them to stop they persist...this is when you need an air strike. They should be fined for each complaint filed, I would think $300M should get their attention.
