I have now managed to block this number. The DO NOT CALL government entity works about as well as all the other programs the government does. The president and congress can't run anything, including healthcare, the post office, General Motors, Immigration, education, you get my point. Throw the crooked bums out - there I said it, the CIA will probably ask the IRS to audit me. UGHHHH

I have received the Cardmember Services call on my Office Phone and Company Mobile Phone. I finally pressed "1" to get to a live person and ask them to place me on the Do-Not-Call List. That person hung up on me without saying a word.

I called the number back from my office phone and received an automated message that I can press "1" to be placed on the do not call list or "2" to enter another number. Fingers crossed that these annoying calls will stop! I'm not sure I'd trust pressing "2" and giving them another phone number!

Received call from computer (706-805-1775 "Cardmember Services"). Pressed 1 to speak with someone and the computer said I was number 17 in line! (Here's an idea...if you have calls waiting don't call more people...take a break or something because I'm not sitting on hold for a computer.) So I hung up. Shortly afterward (1-2 minutes) phone rang and it was a "wireless caller" 978-578-8999. I said hello and got "why did you push the button if you didn't want to talk?" I told her the computer I was #17 in line. "Then why did you keep pushing buttons?" I did not. Asked for company name, place on do-not-call, etc. Refused to answer any of my questions and when she was done chewing me out she hung up on me. I'm pretty sure something about that's illegal.

Very irritating, annoying calls from incredibly rude person who refusesto identify herself and the company she represents.

Have been receiving calls from this number for months, sometimes multiple times per day. An automated message comes on stating this is my "final notice" "as it relates to the financial stimulus" to reduce interest rates on my account. It instructs the recipient to press "1" on the phone's keypad to find out the rates and terms to consolidate their accounts. I don't carry any credit card debt to begin with, so this is a random robo call.

I received one of these calls on my answering machine, and 30 minutes later another call from this number came in. This time I answered it and pressed "1" to speak with someone. I heard a recorded message stating I was being placed on hold and that I was caller #14. A couple of seconds later a woman came on the line. I asked her the name of the company she was working for, and she responded by asking if I had pressed "1". When I replied that, yes, I had and that I wanted the name of the company she was calling on behalf of, she again confirmed that I had and that I wanted the name of the company. She promptly hung up on me.

Following this incident, I called the number and received a recording. Thankfully, there was an option "2" to be placed on a no call list. I also attempted to speak with a live person to complain about the behavior of the telemarketer, but could only leave a voicemail.

BEWARE OF ANY TELEMARKETERS WHO REFUSE TO IDENTIFY THE COMPANY THEY REPRESENT!

We constantly get calls....almost every week...from Card Member Services. Today they called twice from Marysville, WA 360-322-663. I decided this time to press #1 to talk with someone and ask them to take me off their list. I was hung up on and they called back later. Tried the same thing and was hung up on again.

Card Member services is a scam that I have received for years and I don't know what happened to Rachel and then there was the start "There's nothing wrong with your credit card" but it seems simple enough that there getting these numbers to dial from either the credit card companys themselves or from the credit agencys. How do they get access to that? Maybe they are going about stopping this company the wrong way. If you start fining the other companys for giving out our numbers the phone will stop ringing!!

Comes up v01141713380036. Clicked over to hold ,usic and recording saying "hold for ... card services". Male call center/person picks up 2-3 seconds later and opens immediately with "do you owe...". I ask him which company he represents. He ignores me and repeats his opening "script". I said again "what company do you represent". He says to me "are you stupid, didn't you hear me". I said I am in the "Do not call registry and am entitled to ask what company you represent". He sighs and says "you must be stupid..." I cut him off and say "you called me unsolicited from some call center and are unable to identify either yourself or your company" and hung up. Obviously cold calling people hoping to scam someone and get their credit card info for some fake debt relief scheme.

I receive 4 or 5 calls a day from this so called company. I played along and provided them with some info and was told that i needed a card that was not maxed out. I advised them that if they were working to reduce my credit cards it didnt matter what card i provided. From there a supervisor got on the phone and was just rude calling me a broke b@#@$. I hung up and an hour later someone else called with the same message about it being my last chance to reduce my balance and raise my credit score. I am also on the "Do Not Call LIst". The last time they called i advised that I will be forwarding the calls to the police department and they can speak to someone there. Since, then i have not had a call for almost two weeks until today. I am at the end of the rope

We receive several calls per month. The recording starts: "This is your second and final notice. . . ." I have called a callback number and requested our number be taken off their list. The recording told me that it would take 72 hours to remove it from their list. That was weeks ago. It is STILL on their list.

Most of the telemarketer numbers looked up on Reverse Phone lookup are from
places, such as "Peerless Network Landline", "Level 3 Communications VoIP" "Windstream Communications Landline," "Local Exchange Carriers Landline "
All different numbers, but the same companies, who list themselves as World wide, International etc, business solutions. They sell all these different phone numbers to telemarketers, You can report them 'til you are blue on the face, or keep asking them not to call, but they use hundreds of different phone numbers, they just keep it up. I do not answer any call I don't recognize. If I am close enough, i just disconnect them before the second ring.
WHAT IS SO PUZZLING, EVERYONE SAYS, I NEVER BUY, SUBSCRIBE ETC TO WHATEVER THEY ARE SELLING, YET THEY KEEP CALLING, HOW COULD THIS BE POSSIBLY PROFITABLE FOR THE CALLERS? THE COCKROACHES OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS!!!

Or phone number (706) 805-1777

This company calls sometimes several times a day to leave messages about lowering credit card rates. I was home today and answered the phone to get dead silece for about a minute and then the line was disconnected. When I called the number back, I was given the options of pressing 1 to wait on the line to talk to a representative or 2 to remove my number from their calling list, along with several other options. I chose 2 to remove our number from their call list. Later this afternoon, I received another call from them. This is constant harassment we would like stopped.

I Keep getting calls/voice messages from this number about "lowering my credit card rate". I finally was home when this call came in and I answered it. The male on the other end couldn't pronounce one word properly. Then he asked if I had a Visa or MasterCard that I wanted the rate lowered. I then asked him who he was and from what company he was with. He dodged it and asked me again if I had either a Visa or MasterCard. I said I have both and again asked him what company he was calling from. He still didn't answer and asked me to tell him what credit card(s) I had. Then someone on that end physically hung up the phone on me.
****If you read this then DO NOT TELL THEM YOUR INFORMATION. ITS A CLASSIC FISHING SCAM where they try to get you to tell them all your info. As I am in the Financial Industry I can tell you there is no viable solution to "lower your credit card rate(s)" other than getting a new card with a lower rate. Additionally, your bank my make calls like this (to retain business) but will certainly identify themselves as they are all held to internal Voice of Customer scores and pride themselves on service.
