This is indeed a company that processes calls from county jail inmates, it is not just from Nevada, they process these calls nationwide through a pre-paid phone card system.

This isn't just from a jail in Nevada. This is a company that jails use to process collect calls from an inmate. My husband is in jail in Indiana, and this is the service that they use to charge you for the calls from jail. FYI.

I got a call on my cell from this number today. My ringer was turned off, so I didn't actually see the call until after. The voicemail was a recording saying someone from a correctional facility was trying to reach me and gave me options. I believe this may be a calling card specifically for inmates because of the nature of the recording and the option to accept collect charges (thus saving the inmate's paid minutes for more calls).

If it's legit, they can call back or call someone else for bail (to the best of my knowledge, I know no one in jail unless they were arrested recently and I haven't heard). If it's a scam (which is likely), they will get nothing from me. I'm leaning towards scam because I have read stories about scammers calling random people collect, then when you accept the charges they pocket exorbitant collect fees.

It is from jail. It's not a scam. My boyfriend is in jail and this is the number he calls from. The whole Nevada number thing I have no idea why it's saying Nevada but my boyfriend calls from florence jail. And it comes from that number

I did not take the call but it went to voicemail and it recorded a message that I could accept the collect call or ask for operator assistance. I do not know anyone that is in jail nor would I ever accept a collect call from someone in jail.

I have received several calls from this number. I called back and spoke to someone who wanted a 4 digit "code" from me to have the calls blocked. When I asked him what kind of code, he said like the last four digits of your debit card. I told him I did not give out my debit card number and hung up. Still getting the calls.

I received a call from this number and did not answer but there was a message left in my voice mail. A collect call from a jail that they wanted me to agree to accept the charges and let them tape. If this is real why could they not leave the "prisoners" name?
