Just got off the phone with a guy working from home to sell me coverage for my truck. When I explained to him that it just want in my funds right at the moment because I just got back to work and the holiday season he had the nerve to tell me I should take my truck back because I couldn't afford it since I couldn't get the extended coverage. ....I told him he was a a*****e and to go f**k himself and have a happy new year them hung up. After I got the call from (636) 685-8305. I ignored it they called 3 times but I didn't answer.

I had received several notices regarding warranty that was going to expire soon, I had just purchased a new vehicle 2 weeks ago. I called on 7/10/2017 7:50 am to 1-844-722-7788 regarding a notice I received from Motor Vehicle Services about warranty on my vehicle. I was sent to a voice mail and left my phone number and CID number. On 7/11/2017 957 am I received a call from 636-685-8305, rep stated that he was returning my call regarding my voicemail, He states that he needed the CID number and I advised him that I did not have the information he requested, I informed him that I purchased warranty at time of financing, he then stated that I made a mistake and that I can cancel that warranty and purchase warranty with MVS, He again requested the information on the document I received. I informed him repeatedly that I did not have the document and that I spoke to someone prior to him about the warranty and advised me to trash the notices and that my account was going to be notated that I did not need the coverage, I explained to the rep that I had already contact the company and I spoke to Nicole at phone number 800-827-9659 also called Motor Vehicle Services. The rep stated that he is with a different company. I told him that I didn't need the warranty he offered and thanked him for contacting me, at that time he became rude, raised his voice and said to me "are you not listening, are not paying attention to anything I just said" I was shocked to hear how he spoke to me and advised him to remove me from call list and leave me alone that I was going to file a complaint and I disconnected the call. I called back to 844-722-7788 1009 am, another rep named Steven answered my call and I requested a supervisor, he asked for account number I advised him I did not have one and refused to escalate my call, I asked more than 10 times for a supervisor and he continuously refused and stated that he was going to disconnect because it was company policy to get my account information in order to assist me. I ask one more time to please connect me with a supervisor and he disconnected the call. I called back again to the same number and Daniel answered my call I then again requested for a supervisor and he insisted on my account number I advised him that I was not a client and I did not have an account number, I provided him my phone number, I requested a supervisor again and told him it was in regards to the customer service I received, he advised me that he was going to give my information to a supervisor to pull the calls so they could coach the representative that assisted me, I requested a call back from a supervisor and as of yet received a response.I have also submitted a complaint to BBB.

I rec'd a mailing regarding extended coverage for my vehicle. I just paid it off. I spoke to some guy named Dave Turner and he was very insulting and rude, telling me I had too many miles on my car and I didn't. When it came down to the funding of the coverage, he gave me one price and I said I didn't have the money just yet and that I was shopping around for prices. He then became very insulting and then, w/o knowing my DOB (because I certainly didn't tell him), he was trying to offer me the senior citizens discount and he kept asking me what credit card I was using. I told him I don't get paid for another week. He says that's ok we can post date it. You can't post date a credit card. I asked him the name of the company and he said Motor Vehicle Services. I told him I'd like to check them out online. He because very abusive and wouldn't shut up. I asked to speak to him supervisor, he muted the call and another guy came on the line. He had the same voice and then ultimately the same demeanor. He did that like two times, stating that he was Brian and then again he was Will. I told him to go to h**l and I hung up on him. He called me back three times and I did NOT; answer. This is a Scam company. I check the BBB and it says they are out of business.

The rudest "company" in the world, calling to try to scam you into canceling your pre- existing extended warranty to buy one through them. Once you refuse, be prepared to be screamed at.

My mother spoke with several rude persons, the first being Jack Thomas who took her credit card information, that were purporting themselves to be selling extended coverage for customers who had recently purchased vehicles. After my mother called back a hour later to state that she did not want or need the coverage since she'd already purchased extended coverage through dealership she was rudely told what she had was insufficient coverage. When she replied that she was still uninterested in what was being offered and wished to cancel the policy (written less than 30 minutes ago) she told by Cory that he would need her to read her existing policy from the dealership so he could explain why she didn't have proper coverage. Ultimately this has escalated into a all out legal battle. Shameful! But bring it on... we will not rest until this is reversed and the disgraceful perpetrators are exposed for the apparent scam that they are!

I received the letter and tried to inquire why I was receiving it by calling 844-398-3636 but the man was incredibly insulting. He said that I must not have taken care of what I need to otherwise I wouldn't be receiving the letter. When I would try to question him further he just kept speaking over me and saying "What is it that you are not understanding?" I asked if there was someone else I could speak to and he flat out said no. He said over and over "The only reason for you to call is to give me your debit or credit number to receive coverage!" I'm not kidding when I say that he said it over and over and saying that I don't understand what I am taking about. Immediately after I hung up I received a call from 636-685-8305.
