Caller name: Nicole-agent 258
Call originated from 619-900-1652 with Nicole -agent 258-from Customer Service Rewards. $100 gift card and $50 restaurant card for sampling products from manufacturers and providing feedback. Some odd though seemingly harmless questions mostly about diabetes and high blood pressure. Transferred to Sarah (also sounded like she said Sarah Jane)-agent 38- with Accredited Shipping-800-604-3979 x70 ( could she have said 17?) to verify home address and get samples shipped out. THEN they ask for me $1.95 for taxes and activation. Would I like to put that on a debit or credit card!!! I said no, take it out of my $100 gift card. They assured me-encryption, just like bank, if charge appears on card I didn't authorize I am not responsible, blah, blah, blah. Wow! I of course said no and we ended the call. The lady was always polite, but what a bottom feeder (I find it hard to believe she doesn't know that she is scamming people)! I've been extremely desperate for a job but I can't imagine being that low that I'd scam and hurt other people for my own gain
Caller name: Michelle agent 258
Repeated over and over her name was Michelle and works at a customer service. Company agent 258. I would ask as what is the company called. "She" didn't answer me, then told me they were sending $100 gift card and $50 dinning card. To sample products and give reviews. I asked what the products were. "She" said, "my computer doesn't tell me." "Her" voice was monotone, sounded like a computer made voice, not human. I didn't go any further since i suspected the person was going to ask for a fee.
Caller name: Nicole AGent 258
Received a call, Nicole sounded just like the second woman who I was supposed to talk to... I hung up after doing a quick number search online where i found this... Number is disconnected if you call back...
Just received the call, picked up since I've seen the number before and was curious (I don't pick up calls from unknown numbers). There was no one on the other line and they hung up about 10 seconds later. Thank you all for your comments.
Caller name: Nicole agent id 258
Said they would give me $100 gift card adn a $50.0 restaurant gift card for sampling products from manufacturers and providing feedback. They asked me for my credit card information for a $1.95 fee so I hung up. I know better to give my credit card information over the phone.

Caller name: Customer Service Company ???
I'm not talking to this person.
why would someone need me to verify that the number they called me at was correct? that is misleading. it sounded like an attempt to get me to start verifying information. So, instead of hanging up right away, I was quiet, and I heard...
"Hello? Hello? I'm sorry I can't hear you. I may as well hang up the phone."
Who says that?
And from what I read here if they are looking for people to verify if they have diabetes.... it sounds like they want to know if people or people related to them have health problems, to perhaps find someone who might give them information.
well, I can't say for sure. I don't know. I didn't talk to them, and I'm not going to either.
Said they would give me $100 gift card and a $50.0 restaurant gift card for sampling products from manufacturers and providing feedback.
I didn't go any further since i suspected the person was going to ask for the information of my debit or credit card.
Caller name: Couldn't tell you
Eh, I just refuse to answer calls that aren't in my phone with a name. Friends text family calls. And family have their names in my phone. But if advice just Di the same thing think about it if it's something important they would leave a vm, if it's someone you know you'd have their number already and if it's the random person you meet at the bar/Club they will text if you don't answer and than text them that ever famous question...."Who is this?" And Boom Bob's your uncle.
Caller name: Nicole
Called to confirm my phone number and address. Said because I downloaded an app or left a review or dined at a restaurant, I have been selected to receive a $100 gift card/$50 dining certificate. Would not let me speak. I tried to ask WHO gave them my number, Would not answer. I asked what company Nicole works for and said she works for "customer services rewards company". No such company seems to exist. I told her that for us to continue, I need her supervisors name, she said she would transfer me to her shipping department to complete my order. After 5 min on hold, they hung up !! I am so hurt......
I received this call. I did not answer it. She left a message who got cut off stating "service rewards" the message follows: "Can you hear me? I cannot hear you. I am sorry I can't hear you". The funny thing is that I have received that message from a different number in the past, but I have not saved that number. As other people have commented, I do not answer the phone if I do know who it is and if it is important they will leave me a message that makes sense!
Caller name: Nicole/Sarah
I get calls from this number every few weeks. Both women sounded like recordings, and both sounded exactly the same. The first caller was named Nicole and the second lady she transferred me to was named Sarah. Sounds familiar! I hung up because they gave no identifying information. Sounds like a scam to me.
The woman that called me also started the conversation by saying she couldn't hear me. Then said she was calling from Customer rewards department and wanted to confirm the number she called.
She said I filled out a survey on a website and left my number as the contact. For taking the survey I had earned a $100 gift certificate and $50 restaurant gift card.
She began reading a script and I tried to stop her to get clarification on what company she was calling from, but she kept reading, so I hung up.
Caller name: Nicole
The caller's name is Nicole and 258 is her agent #. Told me that I've won $100 gift certification and $50 dining ticket.
Gosh.. when she first said she's Nicole I thought she was my interviewer for my job since that's the same name.
Anyway, as soon as she transferred me, I just hung up knowing it is a scam.
I mean, she couldn't even tell me from which phone app I downloaded that led her to get a hold of my #!
