They called several times and kept asking for me by name, and asking to confirm my birthdate and social security number. And other personal things. But when they said: "is this (name redacted to avoid anyone else getting ahold of my identity)?" I said "who's asking?" And different people called different times. Sometimes it was a male. Sometimes it was a female. Today it was a female named "Amanda". But she refused to give a last name or a company she worked for. She called me at 8 in the morning, when I had moved to Kansas. She just kept repeating every time that it was a "personal business matter" and wouldn't tell me what my information would be used for. An she said she already had all my information in front of her. She just had to have me confirm it. So I retorted with: "if you have all my information in front of you for business, then why do you need me? Unless this is a scam to get me to agree to something?" She said "It's not a scam, ma'am." And I was like "suuuure like a scammer would be so upfront and honest about that to a dupe." And I told her I would call the police. So she hung up. This time when she called, she used the name Amanda, though last time I seem to remember a different name. Jenn or something. And when I said the same. "Who's asking." The same back and forth happened, I said I'd call the police and she said "that's what you said last time, ma'am." Oh wow that's real professional... Also how would a different employee remember our last conversation? Yea. Scammer who runs out of their friend's basement. So I really did call the Zeeland MI police station. But it's a weekend. So they won't get it until Monday I suppose.

Just wondering who this is. When they called, they asked for the person along with the year they were born. I've never had that happen before.

They are calling us every day and a recording says that we needs to stay on the line for the next available representative . Several minutes go by before someone finally picks up, but that time I am annoyed as h**l so I don't even bother. So far that's how its been. I guess we aren't very well tuned me and the Allied Collectors!
