Do Not Call lists are a sham. The government put it place to pacify us. They have never prosecuted one time--at least not that I have heard about. If they would they might realize they have a great opportunity to get more money from sources other than law abiding citizens and the tax rolls. The government enforcement is about as pathetic as the callers themselves--scum of the earth. Fortunately my phone has up to 30 blocked numbers and I rotate these 30 every now and then as I see the need. Rings once and they are gone.

Recording states, my last chance to lower the rates on my credit card, press 1. I don't have a credit card! I press 1, a live person asks if I want to lower my credit card rate. I ask "what is the name of your company"? Again the person asks if I want to lower my credit card rate. I ask again. The Person hangs up on me.
I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST, for state and federal.

Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press 1 now to take advantage today." Blah, blah, blah..., am on DO NOT CALL LIST!!! How annoying and rude!!!!!!!!!

Same deal as everyone else. Ignoring ~ reporting ~ nothing stops them so basically no matter how fed up we are, we just have to put up with it I guess.

I got the same recorded message described by others. was transferred to a person who said he was calling from the "corporate headquarters of Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express in downtown Orlando, FL, next to the Chase building." He said if I qualified, they would lower my rates today. I said I was on the do-not-call list, and he said it was not a telemarketing call; he was going to save me interest, not sell me something. I said Visa, MC, Discover, and Amex do not share a corporate HQ, and he said I was mistaken, and repeated we're right next to the Chase Building in downtown Orlando. I said this was a scam and he said they'd been in business 12 years.

I'm so tired of card services calling and telling me this is your final notice. Well if its the final notice why do they continue to call? I want them to stop, it really stresses me out to get multiple calls per day regarding this! I am on the Do Not Call list but what is the point if they continue to call?

Has called repeatedly from this and other DNs in the same thousands group, ignoring my number's placement in the national Do Not Call registry, as many others have complained. If you press "1" enough times you can get connected to an actual person. According to http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0108-national-do-not-call-registry, if you ask them to remove you from their call list and they call you anyway, they may be subject to fines of up to $16,000.

Although they claim this is the final card and one can only hope the calls continue. No offer to opt out. Spoke with a representative, let them know I do not have a credit card to lower the interest on. Still the calls persist. My turn to persist. I will find every site I can and publish a complaint. This is simply outrageous and I am on a "no call" list that apparently isn't working.

I'm on the Do Not Call registry. I get calls from this robodialer every week. Today I picked up and pressed 1 to get a person. She asked if I was calling to take advantage of their "great deal". I didn't get past "No" before she slammed the phone down, therefore I was not able to get any information. Dialing the number again only gets you a busy signal. I've filed a complaint with the BBB.

I have received numerous calls from 616-613-2229. The phone rings twice, and then disconnects. Even if I pick it up on the first ring, I still get a disconnect.
I'm on the National-Do-Not-Call List. I also have a recording on my line for no solicitation. Still I'm receiving these calls. Who has exempted these characters from the List and from my no solicitation recording?

This is a criminal scammer trying to hijack as much info as they can to sell to credit car thieves, please file a complaint with the FTC, FCC, & Do Not Call Registry so they will be investigated and at least fined.
When you block them, they call back using 616-613-2227 & 616-613-2228, report them all.

July 19.2013: This is your 2nd and final notice to lower your credit card debt. Press1 to hear about your credit card debt. Pressed 1 and a male answered: "What is your name?" He hung-up. Did a call back using 616-613-2229 and left a message at the request of the recorder. The are many of my friends and we need help with our credit card debt. Your services are greatly needed. The amount of our debt is $17trillion. It would be best to call Berry or Barack and he will give the needed details. Thanks for calling, your services are needed.
Make your day by a quick call-back and tie up their phone lines.

Caller ID on phone said "Zeeland, MI"
Call was a recorded message that said (something like this):
"This is your 2nd & final notice to lower your credit card & payments. Press 1 now to find out the terms conditions before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press 1 now to take advantage today."

Did not get connected to anyone when I clicked on the number indicated. When I tried to call them back, it was answered by a recorded message - kept transferring me from extension to extension. Could not leave a message.
