These jerks have been calling multiple times a day. When I answer the phone, they hang up on me. We don't have any student loans that are past due. We don't own any credit cards. So much for the DO NOT CALL list.

Caller name: would not give name

An extremely rude gentleman called my mother today to sell her something that she did not want. He told her that he could see her credit and that she had money and also kept asking her if she was black, in which she responded that was irrelevant. He then told her that she was a "ghetto black b***h." Completely unacceptable behavior! Something really needs to be done about this breakdown of communication and abuse of the elderly.

Caller name: didnt get it...

I got about 4 calls a week over the span of about 3 months last year. In all cases it starts with the automated message about lowering interest rates. In all cases, I acted like I was interested so that I could get as much info on the companyt as possible. Very hard to do. They wont give you company name, address, EIN number or tax ID, manager names, website address, nothing. In all cases the rep would end up cursing me out, and hanging up. I got a call from them again today and hit 1 so that I could have some more fun with them. I actually got a guy who'd only been working there for a week. After careful and respectful prodding, I got the address for the call center.. He said the name of the company is Invisidebt Solutions. He didnt know the website address. They terminated the call after he may have given me too much info.. Here is the address he said he works at..

Caller name: Bank Card Services

They called at 2:00 PM. I pressed "1" and waited. A messge told me I was called number 12 waiting to speak with a representitive. I put the speaker phone on and waited. The message told me I was next in line at 2:30 PM. Then it changed and said I was # 5. AT 2:42 PM the message said I was first in line again. A minute later it told me that I was caller # 4. I have gotten the same response as most of the posts here. I thought I might try something on them. They have to pay for these lines some where so if they are kept tied up no one else can use them. After an hour I finally hung up.

Said because I had paid my credit card payment ontime for the last 6 months that they could lower the interest rate. When I waited for a real person to answer, sounded like someone on a cell phone outside. As soon as I said I wanted to be taken off their calling list, he switched me over to an automated that said "customer service" is unavailable.

Called Oct 29,2013 10:27am. When you call them back, recording takes you through a series of options and asks you to leave a call back number. Obviously there is something wrong with them.

The guy that answered would not give me his name, called me stuck up, said that they could not remove our number from their list and said that the telemarketer laws do not apply to the Bahamas. Funny cause they are in MICHIGAN!!!! Someone needs to do something about these calls to stop them!!!!! JUST AN FYI, IF YOIU ARE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST THEY CANNOT CALL YOU!!!!!

Recording saying they are calling about your credit card balance and this is your second and final call (I wish). They are trying to scare you about your credit cards so they can get your information. (We don't have credit cards). You can't get them to stop calling either. I have asked then to remove me from their calls and they hang up but call again a few days later.

Guys, simply have a loud whistle near the phone and when this company (or equally anoying company) calls blow 3 loud whistles. They tend not to call back.

Got a call on my cell, which is also on the DNR list so why this person is calling me I don't know but it makes me wonder about the DNR list. I did not answer the call and they left no message. If I don't know the number I just don't answer.

Just curious. Can these telemarketers call cell phones? I was just thinking, with 7+ billion on the planet, why would they ever have to call the same person twice?

Called yesterday and left a reduce-your-credit message. Called today and left no message. You'd think these scumbags would get sick of listening to generic voice mail messages again and again.

They called, I just don't answer any call I don't recognize. Not answering gets you on THEIR do not call list faster than anything.

These people are just lowlife scammers. Why do we have a no call list if nothing is done about people like this. This bunch has a bank of phone numbers they use and while our leaders are out jetting around the world on our money we have to put up with this c**p. Found this message on my answering mach. on my return home this afternoon (as also noted by others in this thread): "This is your 2nd & final notice to lower your credit card interest & payments. Press 1 now to find out the terms conditions before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press 1 now to take advantage today."

Same prerecorded message I've been receiving for the last several months.

These guys are now calling every day, and sometimes twice/day, despite our being on the do not call list and having files complaints online. They are callinf from 616-613-2227 (Zeeland, MI) lately, bit I think it's originating from another number/location. They either hang up when asked to stop or questioned, but sometime use really offensive language if you give them any grief. How can this be so flagrant yet there be no consequences for them. Shut these scumbags down now!!!! Recording was talking before my answer machine started recording "This is your 2nd & final notice to lower your credit card & payments. Press 1 now to find out the terms conditions before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press 1 now to take advantage today." Called yesterday from 616-613-2229 same recording.
